Pros: They make it so easy to bridge the gap between both ends of the catering engagement. You provide the information with regards to your options and pricing and they take the orders and collate everything into an email. It's so easy to track your guests with repeat orders and it's just a matter of sending your guest to their site or providing the phone number. Now, even the most entry level staff can give your guests the catering opportunities they want forgot having to postpone the call until the catering coordinator is back in the office. They do a phenomenal job of handling your guests, and I can't recommend them enough.

Cons: Anything with a cost associated with per use or percentage of pricing system is a negative. Some are worth their fees though, and I can confirm that MonkeyMedia is worth their cost.

Overall: It takes the aggravation out of dealing with each guest for your catering business, and every burden lifted leaves time to manage the business.

Pros: The production reviews are very useful; when set up properly, it gives very accurate reporting on how much of each given inventory product will be needed for daily production.

Cons: Customer service is usually slow to respond; there are also periodically system-wide software issues that cause outages for long periods of time.

Overall: Better analytics and production reports made overall restaurant operations much smoother.
