AI Self-Training is a cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI) training application that doubles as a supervisor. Used by Japanese contact centers to facilitate self-training, it can reduce the burden of training and speed up the onboarding of new employees. The AI bot poses as a customer and will recognize the operator’s voice, identify the message using speech recognition and analyze the speaker’s answers. It then identifies those that fall short of standard procedure, shares them with the operator, and offers ongoing support. The bot can learn about contract details, product information, and call scripts for complaint response scenarios.
