Pros

The app is very easy to use, fast, responsive, and intuitive. The few times I've used it, I haven't had any issues.

Cons

I haven't had any problems requesting my points. That's why I have no comments on this matter. So no comments.

Pros

I like how the platform condenses point benefits and discounts in stores and services. It is useful to have these things in only one place, it makes easier to spot what new discounts/opportunities are available

Cons

I find the user interface lacking a bit of friendliness, it is a bit plain with mostly text (mainly when redeeming points) and the company logo is streched.
