We are sharing screem very often, so this is a very useful tool! Pros Very solid and easy way to share your screen, you can easily share files with your team with few clicks. You are able to real-time edit efficently and share your yourk with your team. Ideal for co-creating docs. Cons Maybe CAKE can improve the mobile access, but is not really critical. If this is your first time working on an app like that, maybe you will have to spend a few hours to understand it. Using Cake, I can easily discuss with my clients about their needs and make all things clear on the whiteboard. As I can bring all my favorite apps like Google Docs and Miro, it's much helpful to improve productivity. In addition, I use Cake to solve difficulties in my homework by communicating with my friends and solving problems altogether. Pros Cake is a great tool for startups to mid-sized businesses as well as freelancers to enhance productivity. Everyone can easily connect to their co-workers to collaborate on any project. As a freelancer, I use Cake to connect with my clients to discuss any project and also I use it with my friends for solving any problem with my homework. Rooms in a space are quite beneficial, and it allows me to find the desired products to work with. With Cake, I can easily bring my Google Docs files to work more efficiently. In addition, bringing in any image or discussion on a whiteboard is very helpful. Among all meeting and productivity software, it's hard to find all necessary apps in one place and Cake has made it possible. Cons Although Cake is a great tool for the modern workplace, I'd suggest making the meeting URL public so that attendees may participate without having an account. In this way, there won't be any difficulties to add and remove guests from the space. Additionally, I'd like to suggest bringing the recording feature which is essential these days. I love that I can easily share documents, video and slides. It is also great that I can customize the rooms & spaces. Being able to create a separate dedicated web page for online for your events, how cool is that? Super Cons What do I like the least? So far I do not have cons just pros. Reasons for choosing Cake So much better, it has more features and is easer to use than Zoom and the rest.
