Il est facile de s'approprier l'outil et de l'utiliser au quotidien. Il permet une réelle gestion efficiente tant sur le plan des RH que sur le plan comptable. A cela il faut ajouter la disponibilité de l'équipe KARANEXT qui est très appréciable ! Leur souhait d'améliorer en permanence l'outil est indéniable et réel.

Pros

Facilité de prise en main de l'outil notamment avec le très bon appui du service support (qui est réactif à chaque demande). Toutes les informations sont connexes donc cela facilite le traitement de chaque données dès leur saisie.

Cons

Parfois beaucoup de manipulations sur l'outil (dans certains cas de figure), et le fait de devoir ouvrir plusieurs fenêtres de l'application pour facilement jongler sur différents points de vue. La dernière mise à jour de l'outil a permis de pallier à certain de ces aspects.

J'apprécie pouvoir être à jour dans le recouvrement. Grâce aux fonctionnalités avancées de suivi des paiements, nous sommes en mesure de visualiser en temps réel l'état de nos factures. De plus, l'automatisation de la génération de documents nous fait gagner du temps et nous libère de la lourdeur administrative de notre profession réglementée (CGP).

Pros

J'utilise la solution Karanext au quotidien pour gérer l'administratif et la facturation. Simple d'utilisation, Karanext offre de nombreuses fonctionnalités qui me permettent une gestion facilitée pour le suivi des opérations, le suivi des paiements fournisseurs et le suivi des créances clients. Le lettrage automatique dans l'ERP est aussi une fonctionnalité très utile.

Cons

L'outil ne cesse d'évoluer pour toujours mieux répondre à nos besoins.

Karanext nous permet de gagner du temps au quotidien et de gagner en visibilité grâce aux fonctionnalités de reporting.

Pros

Nous utilisons Karanext au quotidien depuis plus d'un an. Le déploiement a été ultra rapide et le projet mené de façon autonome par les équipes Karanext. L'ERP nous permet de gagner un temps précieux et d'avoir de la visibilité en temps réel sur notre rentabilité et le suivi des opérations grâce au reporting.

Cons

Nous sommes équipés des modules ERP et CRM et attendons avec impatience le déploiement du module RH au sein d'Equitim afin d'optimiser nos process internes.
