Overall this service is good and reliable.

Pros

My husband works at CommScope and recommended this product when our team from Pepsi asked about ideas with such products. 1. This Product can be used for Solarwind Project management. 2. UPS alert management. 3. ImVision system manager is a web based software which does not need to be installed and is integrated in such a way that it provides the alerts and notifications directly to your email.

Cons

Resolution times could be better as the support takes time to respond.

I am happy with the service and the software they provide.

Pros

I like the most about this software is it allows me to document and monitor our SolarWind Projects, UPS...etc. I do not have to install any software since the imVision System Manager software can be accessed through a web browser directly. If a task is not done according to instructions, the requester will be notified in real time and can contact the on-site individual to work through any difficulties.

Cons

You need to contact the support for this if something goes wrong and it takes long for a resolution, just like a typical customer service.
