Overall it has been an exceptional experience. Highly recommend the product.

Pros

Customer service, customization, ease of doing business, features not found in traditional CLM tools.

Cons

I have no real dislikes or complaints and do not regret the decision to move to Terzo.

Took a leap of faith based on Terzo's vision to not make a traditional CLM product but more geared towards vendor management and the buy side of CLM.
