Pros I guess the fact it is web browser based is good. In general it has been useful for tracking vacation and other HR related things. Cons Its slow, very slow. Looking at BOM through the browser can take about 3x longer than it should. Sometimes information doesn't get saved. IT provides the kind of features that were beyond the imagination of a conventional ERP user. The enhanced features like DaaS make this product even more attractive. I also love the alerts functionality! Cons As long as the programs are completing fine there really seems to be no issue, however in case if there is any issue there seems to be no way to get any comprehensive log. Cons Nothing to do with the software but with the management of the company I worked for the use of the consultants. I like the ability to customize my home screen with my picture, to ensure identity is forefront if someone is logging onto a common computer. Cons UI is not a quality for ease of use and navigation. Multiple tiers of searches are needed to drill down to the required information needed. Could be customization internally, but the out of the box features do not seem to be very fluid or intuitive. I think it unweildy for a big batch of business expenses. Go to a more serious program for that. Pros It was pretty user friendly. You could scan and upload receipts and fill out from dropdown boxes various data as well as add text. Cons You can only add so many characters to your text, limiting how to describe the item.
