My overall experience has been positive. Astalty is reliable, user‑friendly, and supports the daily workflow of a Support Coordinator really well. It helps me manage participants, budgets, documents, and case notes in one place. The value for money is good because it genuinely reduces admin time. I use Astalty every day, and it has made my workload easier and more organised.

Pros

Astalty makes my support coordination work much more organised. It’s easy to track client information, upload documents, and write case notes quickly. The layout is simple, the reporting features are clear, and the system saves me time every day. The learning curve is very small, and I was able to use it confidently straight away. Customer support has also been helpful and responsive.

Cons

Some features can be a little slow or require extra clicks, especially when switching between sections or loading participant profiles. There are occasional small bugs, but they don’t stop me from completing tasks. I would also like to see smoother management tools for budgets and service bookings.

Fantastic, especially after my experiences with other CRM systems. It lets me casenote and keep track on the go.

Pros

It is intuitive and very easy to use. It reduces my admin time significantly allowing me to focus on what my participants need. Case notes and attaching documents makes it so easy and efficient. I have used other CRM systems and this is by far better.

Cons

It would be good if it had a desktop app. Haven't really come across functions I don't like so its hard to say the cons.

Overall, my experience with Astalty was positive. The platform was straightforward to use, and most tasks could be completed efficiently. Getting assistance via email has been great.

Overall, I had a positive experience using Astalty. It helped keep work organized and made it easier to stay on top of tasks. Once I got familiar with the platform, it was straightforward to use and did what I needed it to do. It was a helpful tool for keeping things running smoothly.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to keep everything organized in one place. It helped us manage our tasks and made it easier to keep track of what needed to be done. The interface was simple enough to learn, and after using it for a while, it became part of my daily workflow.

Cons

There were a few times when I wished some features were a little more flexible or had more customization options. It also took a bit of time to get used to where everything was at first, but nothing that really affected my overall experience.

No complaints overall experience is great and will continue to use the product. It's great to have feedback taken on board and see regular changes made which are reported by users

Pros

It's very easy to use and a straight forward product. Regular updates keep the product responsive and up to date. Great no longer having to remember when my reports are due with the tasks feature!

Cons

Would be beneficial to have a time section where we can time how much work we are doing for our participants.

My overall experience has been very positive. The system is intuitive, efficient and designed with the user in mind. It has significantly reduced administrative time, making it easier to focus on supporting participants rather than completing paperwork. Features like shared contacts, templates and quick access to client information have made a noticeable difference to my productivity, and I would happily recommend Astalty to other Support Coordinators.

Pros

Astalty is extremely user-friendly and has saved me a significant amount of time in my role. I love being able to quickly copy and paste client information into referral forms, which makes completing paperwork much more efficient. The shared contacts feature is excellent because contacts can be linked across multiple clients, so you don't have to repeatedly enter the same information. This is a huge improvement over ShiftCare, which I previously used. I also really like the ability to create templates for frequently used documents and emails, which streamlines my workflow even further. Overall, it has made my day-to-day work much faster and more organised.

Cons

Only thing I've come across is when I go to the plan manager on a clients page, it takes me out of the client and I have to go back in. If i could copy and paste while in the clients profile that would be a plus.

My overall experience has been excellent. Astalty has streamlined my day-to-day work and significantly reduced the amount of administration I need to do. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, I spend a lot of time writing case notes, completing referrals and preparing reports, and Astalty has made those tasks much faster and easier. The system is straightforward to learn, reliable, and clearly designed with service providers in mind. I would definitely recommend it to other Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches looking for an efficient case management system.

Pros

Astalty has been by far the best case noting system I've used. It's simple, intuitive and doesn't feel overwhelming. I love that it stores all of my client information in one place and the templates automatically pre-fill participant details, which saves a huge amount of time. One of my favourite features is the copy and paste function. Whether I'm completing referral forms, progress reports or other NDIS documents, I don't have to keep manually typing the same client information over and over. If there's an NDIS template available in Astalty, I can complete it directly in the system. If I'm using an external form, I can quickly copy the information across. It has made my workflow much more efficient. I also like that it calculates my billable hours and keeps my client list organised, making it much easier to manage my workload.

Cons

My only real criticism is the pricing structure. There is quite a big jump between the free plan and the $64 per month subscription. I don't use the Xero invoicing features, but I still need the client management, case notes, templates and billable hours tracking. It would be great to see a mid-tier subscription for sole traders or smaller businesses that don't need the full accounting features but are happy to pay for the core case management tools. It would also be fantastic to see integrations with other accounting platforms like HNRY and MYOB. Many sole traders use these instead of Xero, and being able to generate or sync invoices directly would save a lot of time and reduce the need to manually recreate invoices in another system. Other than that, I haven't had any major issues.

Reasons for choosing Astalty

Astalty was much simpler and more intuitive than the other platforms I looked at. As a sole trader, I wanted a system that focused on client management, case notes and billable hours without being overly complex. The templates, pre-filled client information and copy and paste features save me a significant amount of time every day. It was also quick to learn, easy to navigate and felt designed around the workflow of NDIS Support Coordinators rather than being an overly complicated practice management system. Overall, it offered the best balance of functionality, ease of use and efficiency for the way I work.

I like having everything in one program, When I've shown other providers how I keep my notes and how it links up with invoicing everyone is impress.

Pros

Easy to use and everything in one program. Astalty helps me stay NDIS compliant. My files and notes are easy to retrieve when NDIS unexpectedly phone, it's all there in front of me.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing I don't like about Astalty. I'm not a confident computer user but I've found Astalty easy to operate and everything is in one program.

Astalty is perfect for support coordinator businesses. I am a small business who hires sub contractors who work remotely. The software enables me to monitor my staff progress notes and billing, run reports to identify clients with no plans or who have not had any contact for a number of days. It has removed the issue of 'accidentally' deleting files or progress notes. All reports, progress notes and budgets are stored neatly within each clients file. It has reduced my billing time significantly. The support is great, the user guide is always up to date, and Astalty proactively seeking feedback to make the system work better.

Pros

Astalty makes billing and monitoring payments quick and easy- it creates and sends all of my invoices out at a click of a button. I have not had to use Xero which has saved me some money. I love that Astalty enables me to save all of my clients progress notes and files in an organised and that I have control over which staff members can access certain files.

Cons

The inability to be refunded when a staff member leaves - if we pay12 months for an additional user and only use 1 month- I would like to be refunded the 11months ($586) remaining. I also don't like how our business templates changed format when uploaded it is a custom template- we are not using our custom templates on Astalty as a result and still having to complete these manually.

It has been great so far. I have not encountered any difficulties or problems. I am able to access what I need at a fast and easy rate.

Pros

Astalty is relatively easy to use. I have used it at two different providers now. Everything is in the one place, and the more buttons you click, the more things you find! I find it great for organising and is super easy to access.

Cons

I haven't so far had any difficulties - sometimes the server can be down but is fixed relatively quickly.
