Astalty’s customer support has been excellent. They have supported our entire team to ensure we know how to use Astalty effectively. The software itself is easy to navigate, and you can tell it has been developed by people who truly understand the industry. Not only have I reclaimed days’ worth of time previously lost to administrative tasks, but my team has also been able to gain back valuable time. This, in turn, significantly benefits our clients, as we are now able to focus more on meaningful interactions with them. A huge well done to the team, and a special thank you to \[sensitive content hidden\] and the entire support staff who helped us transition in a short period of time with ease. Pros

The customer support works excellent. The software is user-friendly and highly relevant to the tasks we need to complete on a daily basis.

Some of the terms they use ie services as we call that a budget and what they call a budget is someone's plan

Excellent overall experience. I like that when I reach out for support, they respond quickly and really try to understand what I am trying to achieve.

Pros

Astalty can be as simple or as intricate as you want it to be. It is user friendly and intuitive and the support is excellent - both the FAQ's and videos and the very quick customer service. They listen when you suggest something that will be useful to add. It really is an all in one package for support coordination and it makes my role easier. It is easy to add employees or contractors to and it supports the back end of my business with integration to Xero. Excellent investment and great value for money.

Cons

It is generally easy to make a work around to if there is something that I want done differently to how it is normally set up.

My overall experience with Astalty has been excellent. I've been using it for two years and it has become an essential part of how I manage my Support Coordination business. Pros

Astalty is the first CRM I've used that genuinely feels like it was built for Support Coordinators. Having used numerous CRMs over the years—and even designed my own in a previous business—I appreciate how intuitive, comprehensive, and efficient it is. The workflows, automation, compliance features, and participant management tools save me significant time while helping me deliver a better service. The support is also exceptional; the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in improving the platform. For the price, the value for money is outstanding.

Cons

One feature I'm particularly looking forward to is the introduction of budget periods. However, given the pace of development and the team's commitment to continuous improvement, I'm confident this is already on the roadmap and will only make an already excellent system even better.

Overall, I enjoy using the Astalty program for its accessibility and how much easier it makes managing my workload. I like having everything in one portal, which saves time and keeps things organised. One of the features I value most is how it helps me stay on track with funding, giving me clear visibility so nothing slips through the cracks. The reminders for tasks are also incredibly helpful, especially when juggling multiple responsibilities. Astalty keeps me focused, informed, and confident that I’m meeting all my requirements without unnecessary stress.

Pros

That it can generate reports,. adding in information ready, saves manually entering, and everything can be accessed from one portal, its easy to use unlike some other portals I have used in past. I also like the talk to text option. I like the Esign option within program and the reminders to keep me on track and up to date.

Cons

In the past I have experienced the spell check whilst in notes not working, or it can freeze. Sometimes it doesn't let me edit a note and options on side are not available (such as date, time for note), and makes me write a new one underneath

My expereince has been great, I know it will do all I want, even those things, i dont even know I want at this point as Astalty are always devolpoing new updates and services

Pros

I set up as an Independant Support coordinator 12 months ago and looked for a software program to meet my develping needs. As a NDIS Support Coordinator I have used many software programs to do my role, many never had quite the right mix of tabs to be useful as they where not specifically set up for NDIS SUpport coord. Trialling Astalty for free was great and I quickly decided this was the software I had been wanting for years. While I have had to get used to the nuances of the software, the staff, traing guides and videos have been great realy informative and the regular online traing a bonus. I took up the full membership and it is an integral part of my business. Astalty has streamline my business operations behind the scenes with billing being intergrated to my Xero account that sends invoices to plan managers and updates and sends the payments to my business bank account so much easier.

Cons

the only things is it cant do is input my information and send invoices without my input LOL. Really I am totally grateful and won over by Astalty, Well done everyone for a fantastic product.

Overall a great program that takes feedback to improve constantly, which is good for our specific needs. I would recommend this website for ease of access and the fact that the team is very responsive and always is improving things.

Pros

Astalty is very user friendly and contains lots of features that makes Participant management easy. Funding allocation tracking especially is a very valued feature. The team is also very responsive to feedback and suggestions, and are quick to fix bugs when they pop up.

Cons

There are a few website bugs that requires some pages to be reloaded sometimes. In addition, I do believe that the calendar section could have some improvements that include perhaps making the calendar have 'working hours' and some other features, but this is minor. I would suggest looking into expanding some features such as a booking system as we use it for allied health bookings.

Pros

What I liked most about Astalty was how straightforward and easy it was to use and the offline time it has saved for things like invoicing and billing. The interface felt clean, the workflows made sense, and it was easy to find what I needed without overcomplicating the process.

Cons

What I liked least about Astalty was that some parts could feel a little rigid or less intuitive at first, especially when trying to complete less common tasks. A few workflows could be smoother or clearer, but overall it was still easy enough to use once I became familiar with it.

Deciding on what I like most about Astalty is a hard one. From the moment I decided to change my companies client system to Astalty - I have to admit I have not had any issues, Firstly I was impressed with value for money - the costing was something that was a high priority for me. Then their were the other features that I was impressed with ; the ease of use, the regular training, the support provided & the ongoing improvement to the system. I feel that Astalty is and continues to be the best client system I have used, and cannot recommend Astalty enough

Cons

nothing that comes to mind - however if I had to say something it would be that it has such great improvements and covers everything I need that I find it hard sometimes to take it all in

I have used a lot of software programs, Astalty is by far the BEST. It is easy to use, has great features and is an all in one package. Should you need assistance their customer service is amazing, especially the IT dept. They have great tutorial videos too.

Cons

None, Astalty is a great platform for Support Coordinators. I love using it. If I was picky, an ability to customise reports would be good.

I have worked as an support coordinator for over eight years using many different types of software. Astalty is by far superior to other software. I have been working independently for over three years and Astalty has made running my business so efficient. I have less down time doing admin and I am able to focus more on supporting clients and meeting my personal KPIs. I recommend Astalty to anyone that is looking for an easy seamless process.

Pros

Astalty makes tracking billable hours, entering notes and invoicing seamless. The esignature function has made getting documents signed so much easier.

Cons

No real cons other then I would love the option to be able to pin a case note up the top so I can come back to it.

What I like least about Astalty is that some areas can still feel a little time-consuming when entering detailed information, especially when completing reports or updating multiple sections for a participant. It would be helpful if some fields could auto-populate more across reports, goals, participant details and previous notes to reduce repeated admin. There are also times where the system could benefit from more customisation or smoother workflows, particularly when managing complex participant cases with lots of documents, tasks and updates. Overall, these are not major issues, but small improvements in automation and flexibility would make the platform even better.

I have been working as a Support Coordinator for over five years and throughout that time I’ve used a range of CRM platforms including ShiftCare, Brevity, VisualCare, and MYP. By far, I have found Vostality to be the most effective and satisfactory platform for my role. As a Support Coordinator, I spend a significant amount of time working within CRM systems, and I’ve found Vostality to be the easiest to navigate and understand. It has made day-to-day workflow much more efficient and has improved my confidence in maintaining documentation, managing budgets, completing shift notes, and accessing templates all within the one system. Overall, it has been a very positive experience so far. I’m looking forward to continuing to build additional templates and further streamline my workflow and documentation processes moving forward.

Pros

What I like most about Astalty is how easy it is to access and use as a Support Coordinator. The platform makes day-to-day workflow much quicker and more efficient, particularly regarding templates, task management, case notes, funding and budget tracking, and uploading documents. It is very user friendly and streamlines a lot of the administrative side of Support Coordination, allowing coordinators to spend less time navigating systems and more time focusing on participants and service delivery.

Cons

It’s hard to say there has been anything overly negative about Astalty so far. If there have been any minor issues or suggestions, I’ve been able to communicate these with the Astalty admin team, who have been supportive and helpful in assisting where needed. At this stage, I don’t really have any significant negatives to report. I’ve been using Astalty for approximately six weeks in my current role as a Support Coordinator, although I have previously used a range of other CRM platforms over the years, so I do have experience comparing different systems and workflows.

I have loved the experience with Astalty. The support team are amazing and answer all questions. The software is second to none for Support Coordinators.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and that everything I need is in one place. As a support coordinator I spend a lot of time trying to find information and peoples documents. This really is a one stop shop for everything that I need. Other small business owners complain to me about how long it takes to do their invoicing and I explain that this takes me mere minutes to have it all the tasks fully invoiced.

Cons

At the start of me using this product learning some of the hidden features took a little while. Making sure the correct charge items were set up.

Pros

It is a very user friendly application that is forgiving of my mistakes. It is great that our small team can share information in real time with all clients visible. I like being able to check ommissions of inforamtion via reports that assist if updates had not been completed.

Cons

A check in prompt for client contact before being able to continue inputting notes would be ideal. A client focused page that links all referred providers to that client and populates in the Implementation report template when required.

I really like it. While there are a few things I would change, the overall functionality is great. I would recommend.

Pros

It is good value for money and easy to use. Some pros are: Having everything you need in one place. Being able to make templates. Tracking utilisation of a participants funds when work has been completed. That when you click on information (e.g. NDIS number, addresses) it automatically copies it - so you can quickly transfer information.

Cons

That the notes don't appear in chronological order with the documents. And that when you upload documents it uses the date you upload it - not the date it was created (e.g. the date an email was received).

Overall, it's been one of the most suitable programs I've used while working in this industry, and it seems like it's continually adapting based on provider needs, which is essential in working in this space.

Pros

I LOVE the 'Implementations' feature to help people plan out their budget for the whole duration of their NDIS Plan, so they can be confident in knowing that they won't run out of funds early. I also love that we get notifications a few weeks before their Plans end so we can start to prepare reports. I also love that on the task board we have a progress wheel so I can see where I'm up to in my weekly billable hours. I also love being able to generate templates, which saves me a lot of time!

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to see in one place if people were missing Service Agreements from other service providers. I also find the interface is a little bit plain, generic and left brain oriented. I think there's room for it being more visually engaging.

### "Client support friendly system"

Astalty is easy to use and is always evolving to ensure we can capture all the changing needs required to manage our client base. Many features make it easy to see how you are progressing throughout the week and to track your tasks that are incomplete. Alerts are sent to my email so I know when a client's funding is getting low or there is something that is due so I can effectively plan my time and meet support needs. It is also easy to report a bug or ask a question when the need arises. I have used many different client systems in the past and have found Astalty to be the most user-friendly.

Pros

Easy to use and manage client information and tasks. The inclusion of templates makes day-to-day work simpler and more streamlined.

Cons

There are no significant negatives except for the occasional bugs and shutdowns, which are always managed efficiently and are to be expected from any system.

### "Amazing Astalty - Love them"

Overall they are amazing. They continue to update to meet the needs of the Coordinators as the NDIS changes

Pros

Love Astalty. It has streamlined my business. It helps me capture billable work, find and save documents in one place. Templates easy to find and pre populate with Participants information. I've been using it for approx 2 years and can't imagine doing my job without it.

Cons

In the beginning I had trouble navigating it but I think that was my issue and not theirs. I reached out for help and they were always quick to respond.
