簡単なやり取りやファイル共有、お知らせ機能などを多用しており、視覚的にも簡単に使え誰が既読したかもすぐに判断できるので、非常に使いやすいです。

Pros

社員間でのトークに使っており、グループトークや画像転送などが簡単にでき、送信日時指定もできるので使いやすいトーク機能です。

Cons

日報機能はあるのですが、弊社の日報記載は1日の訪問にそれぞれ内容を記載し時間も入れているため使えていません。アップデートを希望しています。

社員間でつかうＳＮＳを個人使用のを使わないようにして有料版を探していたところ弊社提携先にご紹介いただき、簡単にトークやファイル共有ができるのにセキュリティ面と信頼性が高いと判断し、また価格も妥当だったので選びました。

日報機能は今までの紙の日報からペーパーレスになる事でコストの削減につながるのが良い（紙・コピー代等）とは言えなかなか社内では浸透してくれないのが現実です。また頻繁にセミナーを開催してくれるのでありがたいです。

Pros

メッセージや掲示板の使用なら簡単に使えるのと、パソコン・モバイル同時に使うことも可能なので事務所・出先いずれも即対応できる。また管理者メニューもシンプルで使いやすい。

Cons

災害メール機能が付いてるが、細かな設定が出来ない。

社員間のコミュニケーションが活発となりました。

Pros

最も良い点は、使用している各端末で社員情報を登録しなくて良い点です。管理者が管理画面からユーザー登録をすることで各端末に自動反映されるため、社員でのコミュニケーションで１番大変な連絡情報の共有という課題の解決につながります。

Cons

最も良くない点は、お値段が高いことです。ラインのように無料でできるツールもありますので、それを考えると高いです。サービス内容はとても良いので無料とは言わないですが、いまの半分くらいが妥当かなと思います。
