Director of Sport Education Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Key to your Facilities potential." April 27, 2023 5.0 Sportskey is a fantastic system. The usability both the client and the organisation is excellent, saving us time and effort at both ends of the process. Sportskey as a company are always looking to improve and always take feedback on board, often mapping this into their future developments. You're made to feel valued as a customer and the customer service is excellent, always responding in evenings and weekends, and often setting up zoom calls to work through issues of new ideas. Fantastic service. Pros There are loads of pros:-Increases revenue-Client interface-Ease of use-Cost Cons The ability to modify some aspects of bookings such as bulk changes to a facility would be a good addition, but knowing Sportskey, they're probably working on it already! Operations Manager Sports Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Simplicity and Organization" April 27, 2023 5.0 Admin work with coaches reserving fields has been cut in half, coaches can bulk reserve and stay better organized! Pros SportsKey was able to cater to our club needs to service our membership, which not many software's were able/willing to do. SportsKey has made administration life easy as coaches can see every field they've booked, and can cancel their bookings anytime. This has cut administration work in half while only having the software for a month! Cons So far we have not come across anything we think could be done differently. It suits our current needs very well which involves the assignment of field times to our internal and external programs. The Customer Service is also excellent - when you have a question the SportsKey Customer Service Team is always quick to respond. The SportsKey Team is also proactive as they are continually adding or updating features that add additional product value. Cons We have no con's to report with this platform at this time. Also customers can fine tune their bookings if need be. Pros Easy to use. Clear set up and tabsGreat personal support when there is a problem Cons Feel the Today tab should be in bold!Some difficulty sometimes in working out how close /open up facilities. The close tab is right at the bottom of all facilities. More useful to be at the top Reason for choosing SportsKey Great first presentation. It has helped our sports centre grow and generate more income from the online bookings we now have. Pros The range of options that have been added since 2023. The finance side of things have been updated and work good. Pros Saves so much time, easy access to see what is booked when and to send invoices on the spot. Very efficient. Cons You are unable to add a booking to an existing booking. For example: if I need an extra day added, I need to make a whole new booking.
