They have bent over backwards to be supportive, to train our users, and to ensure that the product is serving us well. Pros CompliancePro Solutions is designed by HIM and privacy officers, for HIM and privacy officers. The extensive library provides a litany of resources for reference and the assessments are spot on in gathering and recording the necessary information for dealing with HIPAA privacy breaches. Cons I would love to see some UI enhancements for a little more compact workspace, but talking to the development team at CompliancePro Solutions I believe that this is already in their product roadmap.
