Pros

O yungas é uma ótima ferramenta para gerenciamento de franquias, ele é muito completo. As funções que mais utilizo são caixa de entrada e informes gerais para enviar notificações e abrir chamados e demandas.

O yungas é muito completo e está sempre tendo atualizações úteis, então não tenho resenha nagativa.

A facilidade no uso e na gestão e métrica dos dados mais relevantes para análises, o suporte também é incrível e a velocidade de respostas à necessidades.

Cons

Por enquanto apenas a falta de integração com algumas plataformas de uso diário como whatsapp, acho que um sistema de chat parecido no yungas ajudaria a suprir essa necessidade de centralizar todas as informações e comunicados da empresa em um só lugar.

O módulo financeiro ainda em construção, dificulta a implantação na REDE, tendo em vista que um dos fatores primordiais de engajamento com a REDE, seria a ferramenta financeira.

Todos os módulos necessários para gestão da franqueadora podem ser encontrados na Yungas de forma muito intuitiva. Uma vez criada a cultura, fica fácil medir o engajamento na plataforma e retorno para a operação.

Cons

Faltam recursos em relação a gestão de comunidade de uma franqueadora, que estimule educação colaborativa. Os módulos já existentes são muito uteis, porém faltam refinos - por exemplo, um botão de dowload da pasta dentro de materiais ou a possibilidade de duplicar eventos recorrentes no calendário.

Pros

A facilidade na utilização do Yungas ajuda muito na implantação de uma atendimentos eficaz, a disponibilidade do time comercial e a eficiência do pessoal de desenvolvimento faz com que a plataforma molde muitos pontos a realidade do atendimento diário.

Cons

Uma coisa que para quem usa no dia a dia como eu sinto falta dos formulários para criação dos tickets na plataforma serem mais reativos ao preenchimento, dando ao usuário que abre a demanda opções de multi-formulários ao ir em "nova demanda" e para gente que responde, é interessante pois diminuiria a quantidade de subdepartamentos e agruparíamos mais assuntos.

A possibilidade de diversas ferramentas em uma única plataforma. Inseção de botões, chamados com possibilidade de marcar outros colaboradores, a possibilidade de ter uma análise efetiva de quem visualiza a plataforma, ferramenta muito intuitiva.

Cons

Visual final para o franqueado um pouco carregado e a falta da possibilidade de criar um botão para os banners. Além da limitação de vídeos.
