Cada caso de soporte que levanto se contesta con una negativa, no tiene funciones básicas como lista de espera o mapa

Pros

El precio es muy accesible de los más bajos del mercado

Cons

Los reportes son muy simples, no muestra información en un solo sitio, hay que navegar entre muchas páginas, es difícil agendar en su página web ya que no es responsiba, en su pag anuncian integración con fitpass y es mentira

¡Hola! Lamentablemente no brindamos soluciones para la industria farmacéutica. Entiendo que tu experiencia no haya sido la mejor con nosotros pero nos especializamos en el rubro del fitness. Boxmagic genera una buena y util experiencia a gimnasios que no tienen exigencia ni mucha integracion. La reporteria es escasa y solo interna en la app.

Pros

Que los alumnos tengan tokens de clases que puedan usar como quieran.

Cons

Las integraciones son muy restrictivas y no tienen acceso a reportes via api

ESTUVE 1 AÑO (HASTA NOVIEMBRE 2023) PAGANDO EL PLAN GOLD, NO ME ENTREGARON LOS SERVICIOS PROMETIDOS EN EL PLAN, OFRECIERON UN EJECUTIVO EXCLUSIVO PARA MI Y NUNCA SUCEDIO, LA RESPUESTA DE SOPORTE EXTREMADAMENTE LENTA EN MÁS DE UNA OPORTUNIDAD PASO MAS DE 1 DIA, NO TENIAN LISTA DE ESPERA PARA LAS CLASES, REALIZABAN ACTUALIZACIONES SIN PREVIO AVISO Y ESO COMPLICABA EL USO DE LA APLICACION (HABIAN ALGUNAS FUNCIONES QUE DEJABAN DE OPERAR). RECIEN CUANDO NO RENOVE EL PLAN ANUAL SE PREOCUPARON Y ME PIDIERON UNA REUNION. ME COMUNIQUE CON ELLOS SIMPRE PARA INFORMAR LAS FALLAS DEL SISTEMA Y DEL SERVICIO Y LLEGO UN PUNTO EN QUE ABURRI.
