It works really well, there is an update in each month. They implement a lot of new features like visitor management, asset management, catering.

Pros

It is practical, easy to use and user friendly. The new asset management and the new visitor management is really great, it makes administration easier.

Cons

One time on one page that there was no back button to navigate back to the previous page, but in the next patch they fixed it

Flexopus ist super in meinem Arbeitsleben integriert. Morgens kriege ich eine Nachricht, dass ich den Arbeitsplatz einchecken muss. Ansonsten würde ich es vergessen. Die Möglichkeit auch Gästen unter meinem Namen bspw. Parkplätze zu buchen, ist auch super convenient.

Pros

Das Design und die Integration in MS Teams gefällt mir am meisten. Aber auch, dass man in Flexopus Serienbuchungen vornehmen kann. Das erspart mir sehr viel Zeit.

Cons

Das, wenn ich ein Arbeitsplatz eingecheckt habe, dass das auch automatisch in mein Outlook als Termin eingetragen wurde. Ist aber rein persönlich - der eine mag es mit Termin, der andere ohne. Glücklicherweise kann man das in den Einstellungen deaktivieren.

Wir nutzen Flexopus nun seit über einem Jahr zur Buchung unserer Arbeitsplätze im Open Space und sind äußerst zufrieden. Das Tool überzeugt durch seine intuitive Bedienung und die zahlreichen Schnittstellen, die eine nahtlose Integration, beispielsweise in Microsoft Teams, ermöglichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das transparente und flexible Preismodell, das für uns ein entscheidendes Kriterium bei der Auswahl war. Die Einführung verlief dank des schnellen und unkomplizierten Supports reibungslos.

Pros

\- intuitive Bedienung - zahlreichen Schnittstellen zur nahtlosen Integration, beispielsweise in Microsoft Teams - transparentes und flexibles Preismodell - schneller und unkomplizierter Support

Cons

\-nachträgliche/erneute Einladungen versenden für uns nicht auffindbar - evtl. die Möglichkeit standardisierte Buchungszeiträume (in unserem Fall halb-/ganztags) zur noch leichteren und schnelleren Bedienbarkeit

Selten eine so reibungslose Software Einführung durchgeführt und dabei wenig Beratung durch Flexopus selbst beansprucht. Die Software erklärt sich für den Endanwender selbst und bedarf keiner Schulung.

\- leicht einzurichten und zu konfigurieren - Umfangreiche tolle Anleitungen für IT - leicht zu Administrieren - beinhaltet alle technischen Möglichkeiten rund um SSO und AED Anbindung - tolles Design auf allen Endgeräten - Integration in Microsoft TEAMS per APP - Hohe Akzeptanz bei Mitarbeitern aller Altersgruppen

Pros

Am meisten gefällt mir die einfache Benutzung von Flexopus. Ich kann innerhalb von paar Sekunden einen Arbeitsplatz, einen Parkplatz oder einen Besprechungsraum buchen. Außerdem finde ich es praktisch, dass ich mich auch im Homeoffice einbuchen kann, damit meine KollegInnen sehen, dass ich nicht im Büro bin.

Cons

Die einzige Funktion die mir noch fehlt ist die Einbindung eines Catering Services, sodass man Snacks und Getränke für Besprechungsräume im Voraus dazu buchen kann. Ansonsten ist alles top!

Pros

Flexopus ist in der Bedienung sehr einfach und auch die Administration ist sehr gut gelöst. Wir setzen das Tool zur Arbeitsplatzbuchung seit über zwei Jahren ein und es funktioniert wunderbar. Die Einrichtung war sehr einfach und das Team hat sich sehr schnell an das Tool gewöhnen können.

Cons

Die Software erfüllt ihren Zweck für uns zu 100%, entsprechend haben wir nichts zu bemängeln.
