For my country Belgium I don't think the available text-to-speech voice is good, but because the user can upload audio himself I don't really think that's a problem. The speech-to-text for the (optional) subtitles to Dutch is good. Whether the time for generating the video is long, I can't really judge because I can't compare with other providers. But my first video was rendered within 5 minutes.
