Ha sido muy buena y estoy muy contento con el servicio al cliente y las automatizaciones que podemos llevar , me gusta los filtros, las opciones de agregar productos , las tarjetas personalizadas.

Pros

Me ha gustado mucho el seguimiento a los clientes que podemos hacer , que tengan tutoriales para cuando uno tiene alguna duda , además de que las automatizaciones son muy sencillas de hacer y el servicio al cliente está siempre ahí para uno por medio de un chat. Me gusta mucho la opción de oportunidades y cómo podemos manejar las tarjetas a nuestro gusto.

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado es el inbox , no se pueden crear plantillas con parámetros para uno poder escribir lo que quiera al abrir una conversación y te limita a plantillas predeterminadas y a veces uno ocupa escribir un mensaje muy exacto como por ejemplo , “te adjunto la fotografía” etc etc , y se de otras plataformas que si lo hacen , por eso si recomiendo solucionar eso. Tampoco me gusta que no tengan un calendario para uno tener con clientes, donde ellos te puedan agendar una reunión de acuerdo a tu calendario y el sistema de llamadas es malo ya que se conecta a un teléfono y la llamada por inbox en realidad es como una llamada del teléfono que uno conecte. Y los contactos marketing se acaban muy rápido para campañas y son un tanto costosos poder elevarlos.

Es nuestra primera vez implementado un CRM, la herramienta es fácil y amigable. Tiene funciones básicas pero siento que pueden mejorar

La integración que tiene con WhatsApp y sus automatizaciones sin embargo hay muchas cosas que podrían mejorar

Cons

Escribir desde una plantilla para contactar un cliente desde WhatsApp, eso complica el proceso ya que no se optimiza la herramienta

Es la herramienta definitiva para organizar tus procesos comerciales, nutrir a tus leads y, lo más importante, acelerar tus ventas de manera inteligente.

Pros

Lo que más nos impresiona de Escala es su plataforma todo-en-uno. La capacidad de gestionar contactos, crear landing pages de alta conversión, automatizar campañas de email marketing y dar seguimiento a todo el embudo de ventas desde un único lugar no tiene precio. Ha eliminado la necesidad de contratar y sincronizar múltiples herramientas, ahorrando a nuestros clientes tiempo, dinero y dolores de cabeza. La facilidad de uso es otro de sus grandes diferenciadores. La interfaz es amigable y está completamente en español, permitiendo que los equipos se capaciten rápidamente y comiencen a ver resultados en tiempo récord. El creador de páginas y correos de "arrastrar y soltar" es tan sencillo que cualquier persona puede diseñar piezas de marketing profesionales sin necesidad de conocimientos técnicos.

Cons

La principal desventaja es que, al ser un "generalista" excelente, sus herramientas individuales pueden no superar en profundidad a los "especialistas" de cada categoría. Para su público objetivo (emprendedores, pymes y equipos de marketing que buscan crecer de forma ágil en Latinoamérica), el valor de la integración y la facilidad de uso casi siempre supera la necesidad de esas funciones híper-específicas.

Para nosotros Escala representa un salto importante en la evolución tecnológica y estratégica de nuestra empresa. Buscábamos un software que nos brindara tres aspectos indispensables: un CRM, una plataforma para diseñar campañas y un centro de atención a clientes. En este primer año no solo obtuvimos estos tres requisitos para que valiera la pena a nuestra adquisición, ahora también estamos trabajando en la implementación de los agentes IA que nos ayudarán a propulsar nuestra área de comercialización. Sin embargo el valor agregado de Escala, que nos ha mantenido leales sin duda es la atención al cliente, nos dan muy buen seguimiento desde la implantación inicial hasta la asesoría técnica. Tienen un gran sistema de gestión de citas y resolución de solicitudes. La herramienta se puede configurar y conectar con varios otros softwares, lo cual también nos ha venido muy bien. Nos falta tiempo para sacarle provecho a todo m, pero ahí vamos poco a poco.

Pros

Excelente atención al cliente, diseño y user experience, tiene todo en uno y todas las herramientas son buenas y suficientes, la herramienta tiene fallas pero las mejoras son muchas más y está en constante evolución.

Cons

El precio no es tan accesible para empresas pequeñas. Es para Pymes medianas en adelante. Un poco lenta la app en el celular pero está muy completa.

Escala nuestro Partner ideal. La verdad es que estos dos años y medios trabajando con Escala han sido una excelente experiencia, se ha convertido en nuestra guía para la atención y seguimiento de clientes. Cada una de las herramientas que tiene el software son escenciales en el día a día y cada embudo o cada reporte permiten tener una mirada general de los leads y también particular de cada cliente que contrata o nos compra nuestro producto. Además brindan un excelente servicio y una mejora post venta. El servicio tecnico y comercial es de gran nivel. Muy cercano y muy resolutivo.

A veces puede que nuevas herramientas sean algo más dificil de comprender.

Adquirimos Escala hace 1 mes y venimos super bien, la implementacion rapida, el soporte de rapida respuesta, nuestro gerente de exito ocupado de que todo funcione bien. Escala nos ayudo a automatizar procesos manuales de registro y seguimiento. Ademas de realizar campañas de Whatsapp masivos la cual tuvimos una excelente repercucion

Escala es una muy buena plataforma de CRM, me ha ayudado a poder organizar y automatizar muchos procesos, que pueden ser engorrosos de hacer de forma manual. Estoy esperando con ansias la ultima actualización que promete poder tener aun mas orden y control. El servicios al cliente es increíble, chat de soporte, acompañamiento con reuniones semanales y siempre todos con disposición y muy buena actitud para ayudar y solucionar dudas o situaciones especificas. Aunque al principio puede parecer mucha información y un poco abrumador, con el uso se entiende de manera sencilla toda la lógica que manejan en cada una de las secciones. Muy contento con la adquisición.

Pros

El servicio al cliente y los acompañamientos, me parecen increíbles porque están muy dispuestos, en muchos horarios y todos hablan de la manera mas sencilla posible para uno poder entender.

Cons

Todavía tienen algunas oportunidades de mejora en los flujos automatizados y también en la parte de vista previa de las landing pages, formularios y plantillas de correos.
