Pros

This application is a project management and task tool that allows my team and other employees to collaborate together on work projects, create tools to delegate tasks to people, assign tasks to different employees, and track tasks.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve to this application for the older employees to use this. And the free version of the application can only get you so far in terms of what it offers.
