Fantastic!

Pros

Over all ease of use with minimal training. Reports that are thorough and easily pulled and interpreted.

Cons

It takes considerable time to generate reports and open system initially.

Pros

We love that we can message employees and families very quickly and efficiently. Having a documented uploaded to have them review is a very nice feature. Having the facility use the same system, makes it easy for managers to see all employee schedules and able to track absenteeism and cover shifts.

Cons

To make changes, there are a few steps and the page loading in-between changes seem a little long especially when making lots of changes.

Covr has been helpful to communicate across the management team budgets such as overtime and PPD. It has helped to eliminate scheduling confusion and has helped staff to feel more impowered with their schedules.

Pros

I love the fact that COVR helps communicate quickly to all of our staff. It has helped to eliminate paper schedules. It is so useful to have all of our budgeting numbers at our fingertips.

Cons

At this point I have no issues with this software.

Pros

Insights, communication, ease of use, management and employee app, excellent customer service.

Cons

Not getting on COVR sooner. We looked for a tool like this for a long time.
