So far, however, the tool offers enough scope for marketing and CRM optimization. Keep it up, I'm excited to see what other creative and meaningful features will be added. Pros We are now at Prediction number 4 and we have already been able to shift some indecisive & dormant contacts towards more engagement and interaction. Cons It's not a disadvantage, but you should have a basic understanding of data and marketing, otherwise you won't see much output with the results. Our marketing and sales people are now more effective and more happy with their daily work. Pros The setup was really easy and the usage is that as well. We now have new kind of insights about our contacts and have the automatically segmented to audiences with different needs. We now know better how to get the segments react and how to turn those Leads and MQLs to SQLs. And our Sales people know better how to turn those SQLs into Customers. Simply great! Cons In the beginning we needed a bit of help with some content ideas, but for this we got really good help from the Thalox staff. Thank you! Global Marketing Automation Specialist Industrial Automation Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Solution for busy marketeers with smaller databases" February 6, 2023 3.0 Overall, it has been a very costumer-centric experience, I would recommend getting the free trial, at least. Pros I liked the three different segments my database was divided in and the fact that I can push them into HubSpot very quickly. Cons Because of our database size, it took quite some time to get the analysis ready. I wish it was more clear in terms of definitions regarding what is considered a "valuable" property on HubSpot, etc. It would be interesting, if we could pick the properties that we decide are valuable and only do predictions based on those, since we have 600+ properties and most of them don't even make sense for our business. Luckily, we developed a Delta Load now, which allow us to significantly decrease the waiting time to just a couple hours or much less. Also, we really appreciate your comment about the fields considered in the predictions. We will act on that feedback in the direction of educating our customers more about how AI is working and why our Machine Learning model is choosing certain fields. April 29, 2024 5.0 Since I started using Thalox it gives much better visibility into my contact database and the app does the heavy lifting of segmenting my contact into the right buckets so that I can target my emails to the right audience. Pros I'm saving time as I don't have to do the segmentation manually, great customer support that gives valuable feedback and recommendations for my email marketing campaigns. Pros Thalox segments are easy to push to Hubspot and then use for targeted campaigns. Cons The only thing I would change is when the segments are pushed to Hubspot, the date on the list would also update. A powerful software that will help you to get to know (even) better your customers. Segmentation based on interaction ally on machine learning technology, will help you to comunicate in a more accured way, saving you time and money. And last but not least, the great support team that help us making the most of it. Pros Database segmentation. Increasing opening and click through rates, and increasing conversion. The add-on saves us a lot of time in selecting our target group. Cons The user interface could still be a little cleaner. But a lot has already been done here in the last few weeks of use.
