Working with ameego makes day to day operations and scheduling a breeze. It's easy to communicate with your staff through its messaging system

Pros

Easily accessible for all financial reports and syncs well with all varieties for POS systems. It is well designed and easy to use.

Cons

Time & Attendance is not as simple as it used to be. Would like to see an improvement on shift shop as well.

I love it. It should be used for every restaurant in the industry. I would not hit my labor goals without it

Pros

Functionality is fantastic. I’ve used ameego for 15 years and year over year they make great updates to help functionality

Cons

Nothing. It works great. The upgrades they have made over the years are all fantastic and help the user at a high level

Pros

The Ameego platform is very organised, It helps in making the schedule by looking at the predicted weekly sales and labor percentage. It also is convenient to have floor plans ready which makes it very easy to allocate shifts.

Cons

Sometimes it does not show the sales and labor percentages accurately. The departments and badges feel confusing too.

I enjoy it it’s very simple to use and understand it makes making schedules very easy it saves a lot of time because of how simple it is

Pros

I like that it has a rough estimate for sales to help with proper scheduling I also like the ease of submitting availability’s and book offs

Cons

There isn’t much I don’t like about ameego sometiems when I am making my schedules and I click on a shift to adjust the time it freezes and gets stuck open and I have to refresh the page to get it to go away

Would recommend to other businesses. Easy to use, make schedule in a flash. Staff is very happy with the usage.

Pros

Easy to use, fast scheduling. Easy book offs. Fast access. Good sales and labour forecast. Overall a good system.

Cons

Update of sales not right away. Also update of pay and new hire is little slower for most average user.

It has been very good and when I did have an issue it was corrected right away. It was a very easy transition and now that I have some data I can see where I can cut more hours

Pros

User friendly very easy to understand even for English as a second language employees. Does most of the Stat labor calculations

Cons

That it does not let you adjust the standard work week from sun to sat to mon to sunday, which means if you run a monday to sunday you have to adjust hours to add overtime or take it out

Good but it should have way of communication and better way of budgeting. The report section should have different section of selecting

Things are good it also gives a good way of tracking team memebrs through the HR section and scheduling becomes easy

Cons

communication is very slow, You cant have direct communication with the team plus it doesnt allow ppl to book vacation

It is great! Easy to use and never let me down. I can find all the information I need and I never had a problem.

Pros

It is very simple and fast. Never had any problems connecting to it. I can easily find all the information I need.

Cons

The font could be a bit bigger and maybe a bit more colorful. But to be honest, I can't think of anything bad about this app.

Pros

Complete interface, with user friendly options. The shift shop feature is easy to set up and facilitates staffs interaction.

Cons

I can't take the requests off once they're approved. Would be useful if we had pre scheduled holidays and big dates.

Overall, it has made doing a schedule much more simpler than it used to be. Before I was just doing it on an excel spreadsheet. This is 150% better

Pros

Very easy to make changes to shifts or move them around. I like how it shows you easily how many shifts someone already has & hours when deciding who to assign a shift to if you are doing it manually.

Cons

Would be nice if you could delete shifts you decide you don't need right from the current schedule you are looking at. Instead you have to go back and then delete it from the base plan that you are using
