Very good product, great support staff, excellent onboarding.
KEY ESG held their first conference in November 2023. It was a great opportunity to hear more about the products and services they provide and meet with like minded people.
Cons
Manual entry for travel; no financed emissions category for GP view.
For some metrics data there is no possibility to input data by branch/ company in the group (data need to be summed up separately).
"Speed and efficiency"
Overall: I've really enjoyed the experience, and the fact that they have started to build a community for ESG practitioners to share best practice and learnings.
Pros: KEY ESG’s software has increased the accuracy and speed at which ESG data is gathered. With a robust reporting system in place, Pollen Street has been able to set data-driven targets for next year. These insights, along with KEY ESG’s specialist guidance, have allowed Pollen Street’s portfolio companies to spend less time reporting and more time effecting positive change.
Cons: This was still a relatively new product when we onboarded, and as such there was some functionality that still needed to be developed (eg bulk upload), and some glitches. However, these have been ironed out and they have a roadmap to improve features and functionality

"Easy to use + friendly team"
Pros: I liked the clear categories with detail on how to gather the data if you didn't know how and the team was super friendly and helpful when I had any questions.
Cons: It seemed very UK centric and did not include several countries my coworkers had traveled to for scope 3 emissions category.

Overall: Very good product, great support staff, excellent onboarding.
Pros: The program is easy to use, easy to follow and program support is excellent.
Cons: There are no cons to this program that I have identified.

Overall: Absolutely a pleasure working with them. The software itself is world class but the team supporting it makes KEY ESG unique.
Pros: KEY ESG is not only about a software but the people behind it. Their team made the use of their software extremely easy and they spent the right amount of time educating all our users and making them wanting to enter data and see the results. The team at KEY ESG was extremely helpful in all parts of the process which is very important when you have different users from different companies with different levels of expertise in the topic.
Cons: I have nothing to comment here. The software delivered in every aspect that we needed.
