Very satisfied.

Pros

Managing teams, tasks, vendors, and customers with collaborative working with access to all external resource platforms like Google, YouTube, Dropbox, and OneDrive from one platform is just amazing. Multilingual conversations in the present-day's world are a must. We use this to communicate with our clients based in Hong Kong in Chinese. The business development feature makes it truly unique.

Cons

This being a new platform, vendor listing is still low. However, I am sure it will get built up over a period of time.

I work with many clients, many people, many vendors, on varied projects of type and scale. Each has complex workflows with access control and approvals as gates. Arkchat is helpful in managing this overall complex set of tasks, people, projects and clients.

Pros

One place integrating messaging, work management, team management, vendor management, work flow management, approvals and tasks, and new opportunities. also potential for languages from all over the world.

Market place yet to be well populated - still new.
