We get a turnkey solution that gives us access to numerous payment options, which is great for our global customers. Plus, it provides fraud protection and chargeback management functionality, so we don’t have to think about our risk-metrics on a daily basis. Pros The biggest positive is that this platform is all in one: we get orchestration and acquiring capabilities with multiple banks and can process local payments in almost any country with relatively low transaction fees and no processing issues. Another big plus is that they keep developing new features that help simplify the management process on our side, like tax compliance or dispute representation. Cons The reporting tools and financials can be developed more, so far there isn’t enough customization in reporting.
