Pros Planet Payment covers basic payment processing and supports multi-currency payments, which can be useful for businesses with international customers. Once and if transactions eventually go through Cons The overall value for money is weak compared to similar solutions on the market. Fees are high and not always transparent, especially for currency conversion and international money transfers. The system is not particularly easy to use, and everyday tasks require more steps than necessary. Mobile device compatibility is limited, making it difficult to manage payments efficiently on the go. Customer support has been inconsistent, with slow response times and limited follow-up when issues arise.
