it has been a great experience so far! They keep developing and improving by listening to their clients which is one of the best parts and if you have any difficulties with something, they will help you immediately.

Pros

Still using it and guest communication is very streamlined and organized within Enso. Furthermore the option of upsells to provide extras for the guests. For our customer support, this is an essential piece of software

Cons

At the moment we cannot do a lot of personalizations, but they are working an certain updates and they do listen very carefully at our feedback!

What we like most about Enso Connect is how it brings all our guest communication into one place. Whether someone texts us, messages through Airbnb, or emails, it all flows into a single hub—no more bouncing between platforms or missing messages. Our guests also love the portal where they can request upsells or upgrades seamlessly, and the integrated insurance feature and guidebooks make the experience even more complete. It’s been a huge time-saver and an excellent way to streamline our short-term rental systems. A special shoutout to \[sensitive content hidden\] —he has been absolutely amazing! He is communicative, responds quickly, and solves any issues we encounter.

Cons

When emailing, each email starts a new email thread (this can be a bit confusing). Also getting used to the verification process (being careful not to manually approve as this could cause issues with insurance being approved if there is a claim).

After reviewing our invoices in detail, I realized the thousands of unexpected SMS charges stemmed from automatic text notifications sent to my team and me for every event in the system. Although we selected SMS notifications, the cost implications were not clearly disclosed during onboarding or visible on invoices. Had this been transparent from the start, we would have relied on email or push notifications instead. While the concept behind Enso has promise, the execution and billing transparency fall short. The pricing structure feels designed to monetize every touchpoint — from notifications to guest purchases — creating unnecessary friction for both operators and guests. We’re now exploring alternative software options that offer automation without hidden or excessive fees.

Pros

The platform interface is sleek, and the idea of automating guest communication and upsells under one system has potential. When properly configured, some automations can genuinely save time for operators.

Cons

Enso charges for every single SMS notification — including internal alerts to team members for guest messages, upsells, and routine updates. While I understand these were selected by us, it was never clearly explained that each notification would generate a billable SMS charge. The invoices also didn’t clearly separate or explain these costs, which caused significant confusion and frustration once the bills arrived. Additionally, every upsell or service processed through the platform includes a 5% fee charged to the guest. While this doesn’t directly come out of our pocket, it leads to a worse guest experience by inflating costs for every add-on or upgrade. Combined with the unclear billing and minimal refund support for earlier discrepancies, this setup ultimately undermines confidence in the platform.

It has been amazing from day one to present. We are very happy with the progression and our experience.

Pros

1\. The value for the money is worth it. 2. The customer support is amazing! \[sensitive content hidden\] does a great job and is thorough with responses. 3. \[sensitive content hidden\], the onboarding specialist is phenomenal! He is incredibly knowledgeable and is always available for questions and spends as much time as needed to make sure you are equipped to run the platform! 4. The ease of use is so much better than other platforms I have used. 5. We have had very little issues with performance or speed! 6. Our guests love the Boarding Pass and complete communication.

Cons

We wish that Enso would also control thermostat features and we wish we had the option to set up custom permanent lock codes.

Pros

The Boarding Pass feature - there is a huge potential for development which can result in positive feedback from guests.

Cons

Boarding pass limitations. Can only purchase upsells once (adding a shopping cart could also be very useful).

Pros

I love how you can easily automate all workflows along with how to put together the guidebooks which are so useful and easy to build.

Cons

Getting my head around the AI, although that is my issue and just generally onboarding, which again is my issue.

I would consider the overall experience very good, they delivered on their promise as far as functionality, I am on my first month and can't comment on the yearly ROI, however they do offer a guarantee if ROI is not achieved which gives me an extra peace of mind.

Pros

ENSO Connect has been a game-changer for my short-term rental business. What I love most is the ability to consolidate all guest messages from multiple platforms into one unified inbox—huge time saver! On top of that, the upsell feature allows me to offer add-ons seamlessly, boosting revenue while enhancing guest experience. Highly recommend for any host looking to streamline operations and grow profits. As a side note I would add that \[sensitive content hidden\] made a huge difference on my experience, he was not always available to help me with any bugs, but also very competent at his work, I really recommend working with him.

Cons

I want to use the code generator feature, however they charge extra for that. The interface also could be a little bit more friendly specially where we approve guest upsell request, there should be a control panel for that. Also it does not update a reservation automatically when upsell for extra nights are purchased.

Absolutely amazing! The amount of extra revenue you can generate is honestly ridiculous. What I love most is how much it simplifies everything from guest communication to deposits and check-ins. It makes our whole operation run smoother and saves us so much time. Guests also seem to really appreciate how seamless the experience is. Positive -- I'd happily recommend Enso to any short-term rental, hotel, or vacation rental operators.

Pros

As a vacation rental operator with a 500+ unit portfolio, I am a big fan of Enso! It's a very helpful tool for curating the guest experience, with the ability to incorporate marketing, upsells, and centralized communication for a seamless trip experience. The Company is well funded with a top notch team of engineers and they execute consistently on improving the product roadmap, which gives me confidence that they'll continue staying on top of industry trends as they grow. Overall, Enso is a partner that we intend to grow with for the foreseeable future.

Cons

Not applicable as we've had only positive experiences with Enso thus far -- they're priced reasonably, onboarding was straightforward, and we have the corporate bandwidth to insert the necessary content to get the most out of the product.

Many customizable triggers for automated messages. Nice new dashboard with stats on many metrics. Great upsell features.

Pros

The boarding pass and upsells as well as Whatsapp integration and automated message flows are great.

Cons

AI assistant still not reliable in most cases. You are forced to group properties in groups of up to 200 to retain system stability, but that is a nice problem to have. :)

Pros

That I can manage all booking platforms and guest communications platforms in one place. It's the best operational streamlining we have implemented in our business.

Cons

The platform updates can be communicated more proactively, but they are getting better!

La interfaz es muy sencilla de aprender a usar y es agradable, los colores y la forma que esta diseñado. La traducción automatica a muchos idiomas y el chatbox Enso AI Agent, siempre me ha ayudado, esta bien entrenado y siempre da buenas respuestas al instante.

Cons

Enso AI no tiene la capacidad de leer el calendario del PMS para verificar precios o disponibilidad para sugerir respuesta a preguntas relacionadas, pero se que se puede implementar en el futuro.

We enjoy the people we worked with at ENSO, so while we did not end up using the product long-term, we are grateful for the relationships we made along the way.

Pros

ENSO provided a good deal of customization of the dashboard, and the onboarding team was really helpful in getting us up and running quickly.

Cons

We were disappointed to see, after running some data sets, that most of our guests were not interested in using the digital guidebook and didn't find them particularly helpful. We often received feedback that a physical guidebook would have been more appreciated.

Puedo tener la automatización de mis Mensajes y mejor orden con mis anuncios también me gusta poder utilizar lo en mi celular y en la computadora haciendo más fácil agregar información, la IA de mensajes aprende bastante rápido y personaliza muy bien los mensajes.

Cons

Aveces tengo algún problemas con la carga de mensajes, tuve muy buena guía para que los mensajes se conectaran bien pero sin la guía de \[contenido sensible oculto\] probablemente hubiera sido muy complicado con errores.

I use Enso in my property management day-to-day for over a hundred properties. For the most part, Enso works really well. However, there are limitations on the amount of devices you can have on your account, which has led to technical difficulties and offline devices in the past. However, the development & support teams are incredibly responsive and very helpful.

Pros

I like how easy it is to view and manage multiple lock devices for multiple properties, and I love the ability to send virtual boarding passes with property-specific check-in and check-out instructions.

Cons

I don't like the limitations placed on the amount of devices per account. Every few months, one of our accounts goes completely offline, meaning 10-20 of our lock devices also go offline, and we need to transfer them to a completely new email address in order to make them usable again. We've talked to Enso support about this and currently they're working on this issue but there is no present solution.

C est assez simple d'utilisation. le AI est super utile pour les questions. On a eu quelques beuges mais rien de méchant.

Pros

Envoies de msg automatise super. L'accompagnement de \[caché sensible contenu\] était au top du top un reel plaisir!!!!!!

Cons

Parfois c'est difficile a cause des listings. Le fait d'être obliger de les mettre dans des groupes. Ce n'est pas forcement nécessaire et ne devrait pas être une obligation pour pouvoir utiliser Enso sur nos propriétés
