Superb! Great product which is easy to use and constantly evolves. Amazing customer service by very dedicated team.

Pros

It was one of the best decisions I've made. It easily pays for itself and, more than that, generates significant revenue for our business. Customer service is great and the guest experience is elevated.

Cons

We had some pushback from guests in regards to deposits but once you figure out how to communicate this procedure to your guests, it's all sorted.

We've been working closely with Enso for the last 3 years and their commitment to product development and 24/7 client support has been incredible. Fantastic team ... awesome product !!

Pros

Unified inbox with AI autopilot which handles almost all of our guest comms. Boarding pass guest verification, including processing the security deposit process which then provides "Unlock door" mobile feature with our Asa Abloy key & card less entry locks. This year we rolled out the early check-in / late check out options via the boarding pass which have been transformational in driving significant incremental revenue. We LOVE Enso :)

Cons

None. Yes, there have been a few occasional bugs but these are always resolved quickly by their team

Adapting to a new system is never easy. There will never enough training or planning. Knowing you will have hiccups in missed processes or confusion will help the process. Overall, the guests are adapting quickly and our guest services team LOVES the product. Really excited for how this can continue to improve guest satisfaction.

Pros

The product is great. I feel like we are getting exactly what we sold on. Getting all streams of communication in one portal, having adaptive AI models for guest responses, and increasing revenue through upsells has been great so far.

Cons

I don't have any major cons about the system. The only request I'm excited to be released in the two way communication between the PMS and Enso.

i really like the way Enso Connect has made my life much easier, we are saving so much time on a daily basis just by having their program ai answering almost all the questions that guest ask daily, Enso connect is totally worth every penny.

The onboarding and help of the customer support is great. Whenever needed. Very good and professional. Very helpfull.

Pros

Enso Connect helped Amsterdam Group Villa to bring the guest experience to the next level. The guest messaging, the boarding pass, upsells/extra services. It safes me a lot of time in communication with the guest messaging answering and people love the upsells.

The AI, simplicity, guest messaging all centered.

Really impressed, lots of great features and tech, amazing support through Felipe, would highly recommend to any hosts.

Pros

I love how you can easily automate all workflows along with how to put together the guidebooks which are so useful and easy to build.

Cons

Getting my head around the AI, although that is my issue and just generally onboarding, which again is my issue.

it has been a great experience so far! They keep developing and improving by listening to their clients which is one of the best parts and if you have any difficulties with something, they will help you immediately.

Pros

Still using it and guest communication is very streamlined and organized within Enso. Furthermore the option of upsells to provide extras for the guests. For our customer support, this is an essential piece of software

Cons

At the moment we cannot do a lot of personalizations, but they are working an certain updates and they do listen very carefully at our feedback!
