"The product is solid and easy to work on."

**Pros:** The product is solid and easy to work on. A robust live chat feature is the gem. Setting up an account to live customer support is really not going to take much time. They put a lot of thought processes into the UI as I found it so easy to work on.

**Cons:** The only con I see is the customer support from desku. I submitted tickets a couple of times and never receive a reply, but they seem very active on Facebook community group.

"A solid ticket management system. "

**Pros:** Ease of setup is great. The support that I did receive was prompt and responsive.

**Cons:** Integration with Shopify are lacking for users like me who sell digital products.
