Pros

Overall a good experience with Desku. I have only been testing the new chatbot for a short period, but so far I'm really impressed the UX behind this. A lot of great templates with useful flows.

Cons

It lacks a few key features I hope to come soon. For example how to convert tickets and live chat

Pros

\- Feature-rich - Deep integration with Woocommerce - Good pricing

Cons

Cons: - The website loads very slow from our location (Vietnam); on every page - UX is not good - Slower development recently

Reason for choosing Desku

It is cheaper and has Woocommerce integration

Excellent tool and team. Support is fast to respond and help if you have issues.

Pros

Desku provides a number of ways for businesses to support their customers, including live chat, tickets, and a knowledge base. The Desku Helpdesk app is good for use with WooCommerce and Shopify, as it is available on both iPhone and Android platforms. Handling multiple inboxes and brands successfully within Desku is a major advantage. The price of this tool is just right and it offers tremendous value for the money invested.

Cons

While the design customization is not perfect yet, it is slowly improving and will only get better with time.

Finally we have the Saas suite with all the products we needed, all integrated, not to mention the BOT, it's what we've all been waiting for.

Pros

All support services integrated, and the User Experience.

Cons

We had to wait a lot for the release of the Bot's.

Pros

The product is solid and easy to work on. A robust live chat feature is the gem. Setting up an account to live customer support is really not going to take much time. They put a lot of thought processes into the UI as I found it so easy to work on.

Cons

The only con I see is the customer support from desku. I submitted tickets a couple of times and never receive a reply, but they seem very active on Facebook community group.

Pros

Integrates neatly with the live chat service provided by Desku. And the interface is slick and clean.

Cons

Little confusing as to the difference between the Deskubot Widget and the Live Chat widget. I assumed if you had Live Chat, that it was all one thing. Building out recipes has a slight learning curve.

Pros

Desku is an excellent platform for managing all of your customer support needs. It is easy to use and provides a great way to keep track of your conversations with customers - support ticketing system, knowledge base, shared inbox and chat support. Desku's platform offers a wide range of features, including Woocommerce, Webhooks, Pabbly Connect, Zapier, Google analytics and more. Their support is friendly and responsive.

Cons

\- A bit cheap looking backend - No native apps yet (Android, iOS, etc.)
