Pros It has comprehensive features that useful to help company HR management easier, more effective, and efficient. And it's customizable. Cons The subscription price is quite high but then again, the quality of the product is worth the money. So, it's ok. However, the interface is not beginner-friendly and needs a thorough training for the employees to get used to the software. Pros I liked how the data are all organized in one tab where you can easily monitor your attendance and leave credits. The employee profile is also included in the software so we don't need to fill out another form by the HR Management. The organizational chart can also be looked up so it's nice to have knowledge on the company's structure. Cons It takes a bit of time to get used to the interface of the software. There are a lot of steps or buttons you need to click before you get to an action or accomplish a request. The remarks also is abbreviated and the meanings are written under the page so it's quite hard to decipher the codes especially there are a lot.
