Great, reliable product that works as advertised. Excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Pros Easy to work with! \[sensitive content hidden\] lives and works in a different time zone, but is always super responsive with the rare question or request. I say it's rare because once it's been set up it's worked flawlessly. I love offering free-wifi to our guests. It keeps them here longer and it a competitive advantage in a hyper-competitive industry. It also increases their Average Order Value (AOV). Cons I'd love the access points to come with integrated bluetooth beacon technology to let guests know it exists when they are in range. Pros Everything is in one place and really easy to setup and use. The inbuilt integrations with UniFi and Mailchimp are right up there. Cons Nothing as yet! Everything is easy to use and the team are ultra responsive and helpful.
