Both are linked to their exact moments in the video That allows me to keep record of all of our meetings, and I've been able to direct clients to the recording instead of answering the same question repeatedly. It also helps us look back to a conversation to remember what was said. Cons I'm afraid the rug will get ripped out from under me and I'll have to pay to access my files some day. If Fathom had existed back in my early days, I would've been out of a job. haha! I love the accuracy of Fathom's summaries, the takeaways/action items. The ability to highlight real-time. And the speed at which the recording link is available to instantly send to team members/clients. Cons I'd love to be able to add in my own action items. I know I can edit existsing ones, but I'm not seeing that we can add new ones that were missed. Also, I can't seem to edit anywhere else but the action items. Maybe I'm just missing it. Fathom automatially depolys and the ability to not only play back our neeting is extremely useful but you can also summarize your meetings using note taker. Ese of use, the ability to integrate woth your favoite app. Implementation is extremey easy. We use Fathom exclusively, as we deploy or virtual coaching we will be using Fathom more and more as time goes on. Before Fathom I would end online calls only to have a desk covered in barely legible sticky notes. Now everything is neatly organized for me instantaneously. It's amazing! Pros The new AI Summary does such a perfect job with categorizing notes and action items that I now no longer need to review transcripts for summary/next steps emails post customer calls. This took me 30-45 min per call to transfer notes and action items to emails and to Notion which now takes me 5-10 min.
