It's seamless and automatic. It was very easy and intuitive to set up. Every interaction with Fathom's team was great, they are very polite. I don't know how every company is not Fathom, it simply makes sense. Cons I would like to completely hide the overlay while using it on zoom. March 25, 2024 5.0 Often after a meeting is over, you're relying on your own notes or memory to accurately represented what was decided and what the action items are. Fathom takes care of all of that and provides accurate recaps and storage of the meeting data for future reference. It's been SO USEFUL to capture and organize all meeting notes, insights, and outcomes. Pros Fathom takes way better and more organized notes than I ever have. I am impressed every time Fathom sends me a meeting recap because of how accurate and useful the notes are. It's so easy to use and having Fathom take organized notes allows me to stay fully invested in the conversation. Cons Sometimes I have to try a few times to get the Fathom notetaker into the meeting correctly. Reason for choosing Fathom Great features and truly free option! It’s such a joy to use and the feedback I get from my clients who use it with me and benefit from the tool is overwhelmingly positive. There’s no other tool I get such high praise from. Pros As a business coach I use Fathom with my clients. Even with the free discovery calls when taking in new clients. It allows me to be really focused and more actively listen to my clients without needing to take notes. The tool helps my clients as the summary and reading back what they share is incredibly useful - and demonstrates on reflection the huge value and benefit of the work we do togther. Cons I genuinely don't have anything I dislike about Fathom - even in the short time I have used it you can tell the team are constantly updating and developing the product. I'm so happy I found it and it's my most recommended Tool I've come across. May 8, 2024 5.0 Fathom summarizes my meetings efficiently so I don't need to take my own notes (either before or after the meeting). It saves me HOURS of wasted time. I love it! Pros I love how easy Fathom is to use - it just automatically starts taking notes whenever I enter a Zoom meeting. It's also easy to turn off if I don't need notes. The summaries are super helpful and the bullet points etc make it so easy to read and remember the most important parts of your meetings! The best part is that I no longer have to take notes during meetings OR go back and watch the recordings to take my notes. Fathom is saving me HOURS! I love that I can share the Fathom link with my clients and they don't have to sign up or have a Fathom account to view the content - it makes the process so frictionless. It was so easy to set up! I also love that it gives me a countdown to my next meeting + the meeting name in my menu bar. I've recommended this tool to several people and will continue to do so! Cons I haven't found anything that I dislike so far! Reason for choosing Fathom Fathom just does what it's supposed to do IMMEDIATELY. It's so fast and I haven't experienced any errors so far. I can see my company going to a contract for more services. Fathom always pops up when I have an online meeting. One click and it records, generates text, and summarizes. One. Click. The results are very good. Cons If I log in with a work Zoom account, it doesn’t recognize me. It does ask right away to identify which user is me, but it’s easy to miss that message.
