Pros Gone are the days of painfully trying to take notes and listen intently during sales calls. With Fathom, I know that every note will be taken and summarized accurately for me, so I can engage with the client more in my calls and not have to slow them down while I write down the things they say. I use this on every call I make, and it has been so helpful for me as I try to keep track of different deals going on in 11 different states at one time. Plus, the Hubspot integration is so seamless, it makes my life headache free. It's made my life easier and saved me so much time. Pros The best thing about Fathom for what I do is the freedom it gives me to actively listen to and address client questions and concerns. I don't have to pick up or write down every detail, I can go back and check. I jus thave to keep my focus on the client and how to address their concerns. Pros It save me so much time and also provide objectivity into the recap of meetings. It's more neutral notes and recap of action items. Time is money and now I don't have to worry about taking the right notes I can completely focus on the conversation which is an added value for my client. It's a win/win situation all around Cons None at this point. Only suggestion would be to provide access to the audio track only even when it's a video recording. Pros The main benefit of Fathom for me is the flexibility to create notes in real-time that are associated with the video in context. No going back to find where a note matches a video.​ Cons It would be good to be able to start a Fathom meeting without a guest on the roster. It make sharing sections of recording a breeze compared to the Zoom recording. Pros Fathom records your meetings automatically and recordings are on your Google Drive rather than your computer's drive. This prevents your computer storage from being choked up.Secondly, you can share snippets of the recordings with the transcriptions according to relevancy to the receipient.Thirdly, you can customise the categories of transcripts into Action to Take, Reminder, Insights, etc.Lastly, it's Free probaboy because it's in Beta. Cons I guess the only drawback is that you need to pay (more) attention to the meeting and decide why category to place the comments. This mind juggling can be disconcerting. April 30, 2024 5.0 The first time I used Fathom, it was mind blowing how well the A.I. can summarize a conversation. It always feels great to forward the meeting summary to clients seconds after ending the video call. Now I find myself recommending the software every time I have a video call! Pros As an architect, details are important in my line of work. Fathom allows me to focus on my clients without being worried about missing any details. Before Fathom I would end online calls only to have a desk covered in barely legible sticky notes. Now everything is neatly organized for me instantaneously. It's amazing! Cons So far there isn't anything specific I can point to that I don't like about Fathom. Cons There really isn't much of anything at all and my only nitpick is something that will probably be updated shortly.
