Fathom provides a detailed call summary, next steps, and action items, ensuring accountability. It has been a very valuable tool for records keeping and helps us use our time more efficiently. Cons It would be helpful to be able to copy/paste a call summary without hyperlinks to the related video. Pros Fathom gives me the ability to truly listen during conversations because I know nothing gets missed. The call summaries are detailed yet succinct. Further, the ability to mark specific moments with custom tags is a huge time saver when reviewing calls. Cons That you only get Premium for a limited time!! Honestly though, nothing.
