We've been using LeadCRM for almost 3 months now and honestly it's been a game changer for our sales process. Before this we were stuck doing manual CSV exports from LinkedIn which was killing our productivity. Now everything syncs automatically between LinkedIn and Pipedrive and the waterfall enrichment fills in contact details we could never find manually. Our sales team loves it because they can stay in LinkedIn and still have all the Pipedrive context they need. Setup took maybe 10 minutes and now we're saving at least 10 hours a week now on data entry alone.

Pros

The automatic bi-directional sync between LinkedIn and Pipedrive is fantastic - no more manual work. Waterfall enrichment is probably my favorite feature, it pulls emails and phone numbers from multiple sources so we actually have complete records now. LinkedIn conversation history syncing to Pipedrive is huge for our team because everyone can see the full context before calling. Works perfectly with our basic Sales Navigator Core plan which saves us from expensive upgrades. Chrome extension makes adding prospects super quick while browsing LinkedIn. Support team has been really responsive whenever we had questions. Pricing is very reasonable especially compared to what we were spending on separate enrichment tools before.

Cons

The only minor thing is the initial field mapping setup took some trial and error to get configured the way we wanted. UI is pretty straightforward but could use some polish here and there. These are really small issues though compared to the value we're getting.

Reasons for choosing LeadCRM

We tried manual CSV imports for months and it was just too time consuming and error prone. Looked at LinkMatch but they didn't have the waterfall enrichment which was important to us. Surfe seemed good but LeadCRM's bi-directional sync and LinkedIn message import features were exactly what our workflow needed. The fact that it works with Sales Navigator Core instead of requiring expensive upgrades sealed the deal. Really happy with our choice so far!

We’ve been using LeadCRM for a few months now and it’s made a noticeable difference in our workflow. Before this, we were manually exporting CSVs from LinkedIn and updating Pipedrive by hand, which slowed everything down. With LeadCRM, the sync runs automatically and the waterfall enrichment fills in emails and phone numbers we didn’t have before. Our team doesn’t need to switch back and forth between LinkedIn and Pipedrive anymore — everything shows up exactly where we need it. Setup took maybe 10 minutes overall and we’re easily saving 6–10 hours a week on admin tasks.

Pros

Before this, I was constantly switching between LinkedIn and Pipedrive, updating fields manually, and trying to keep everything consistent. It was a huge time drain. LeadCRM now syncs everything automatically and enriches the data so my leads are complete from the start. LinkedIn messages show up in Pipedrive, which gives me full context without jumping between tabs. I easily save a few hours a week just from not doing repetitive admin work, and it keeps my pipeline cleaner and more accurate than before.

Pros

I spend a good part of my day working between LinkedIn and Pipedrive, and before LeadCRM everything was manual. Now the sync just runs in the background and keeps my data clean without me thinking about it. The enrichment is honestly my favorite part — it fills in emails and phone numbers automatically, which saves me from chasing missing contact details. The Chrome extension is super handy too. I can add a lead while scrolling on LinkedIn and it appears in Pipedrive fully enriched a moment later. This alone saves me hours every week.

Cons

The initial setup took some tweaking to get right. A bit of trial and error with field mapping. The UI works, but it could definitely look more polished.

Been using LeadCRM for about 8 months and honestly it's made our life much easier. Our account managers using Pipedrive and were spending way too much time copying stuff from LinkedIn. Now it all syncs automatically and they can use the message templates to respond to LinkedIn DMs quickly. The shortcuts make adding new prospects super quick. We are hitting way more activities now because not buried in admin work anymore.

Pros

Automatic sync between LinkedIn and Pipedrive is perfect. No more manual data entry. Message templates let us respond to LinkedIn conversations using the saved replies which is a huge productivity gain. Shortcuts for adding contacts are really fast - one click and they're in the pipeline. LinkedIn conversation history shows up in Pipedrive so we have full context before calling. Chrome extension works great for quick adds while browsing profiles. Support answered my questions pretty fast. The price is reasonable especially for what it does.

Cons

Initial setup took maybe 30-40 mins to configure. Interface could look more modern but honestly I don't care as long as it works which it does.

Works well for syncing contacts and messages automatically. The waterfall enrichment is useful for getting complete contact info without paying for another tool. Not perfect but does what we need.

Honestly, We were a bit uncertain about the few reviews given to the platform. You should NOT worry about that. Every day I am looking forward to do my LinkedIn outreach now because I am not managing two platforms any longer, but effectively one. Super pleased with the ability to join on a free tier and having a platform designed with AI support bottom-up, not something that is bolted on.

Pros

IMPORTANT: Do NOT see LeadCRM as a tool competing with Zapier - it is designed to support integration between LinkedIn and your CRM. LeadCRM delivers great productivity gains when using LinkedIn and Hubspot. Syncing of messages, integration with Sales Navigator, enrichment of contact data, templates for outreach ... Everything very simple to use and with an intuitive UI. Support is world class. Cannot recommend it strongly enough

Did not find anything yet in the use. A few small glitches in onboarding, but everything handled immediately by chat support.

Overall, the tool has been perfect for my use case. It is intertwined with my CRM, and I can make tasks and update my CRM directly in LinkedIn with LeadCRM.

LeadCRM delivers on its promise. The integration with HubSpot works reliably, the setup is quick, and it simplifies managing leads directly from LinkedIn. For anyone looking for a lightweight but effective LinkedIn-to-CRM bridge, this is a strong starting point.

Pros

Solid start Solid start, works very well Actually works. It’s a good base to start the integration with HubSpot, and it really helps streamline the process. Setup is straightforward, and once connected, syncing prospects feels smooth. Still some room to grow in features, but as a foundation, it’s already delivering value.

So far so good. I don't want to be able to fix problems. I want the tools to work to speed up my ideation and connections. So far—LeadCRM is looking like a keeper. \[I tested 10 CRMs in 30 days... so I've been doing my homework to isolate best of class.\]

Pros

So far, so good. I was scrambling to identify a connector between a very active LinkedIn account and my recent switch to PipeDrive. LeadCRM worked—unlike Surfe which did not. The support is also 10X from Surfe.

Cons

Each of these tools is different. To their credit LeadCRM addressed my connection issue (extension conflict) and insisted on working to double-check the solution that actually worked. That's unusual service.

It’s been a really positive experience overall. I use LeadCRM to build qualified leads from LinkedIn and sync them into HubSpot. The platform has saved me hours of manual work every week. I would especially highlight their customer support — they are fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. For the price, especially with the free plan, it’s a fantastic tool that delivers a lot of value.

Pros

LeadCRM is incredibly easy to use and intuitive even for non-technical users. The integration with LinkedIn is smooth, the interface is clean, and the 1-click add-to-CRM saves a lot of time. Their AI enrichment and sync capabilities are super helpful when building a pipeline efficiently. The overall learning curve is low, and it works well even on the free plan.

Cons

Integration with some CRMs like HubSpot or mapping LinkedIn fields to CRM properties can occasionally be limited or a bit confusing to configure at first. I had some trouble splitting full names into first/last and syncing company names, but their team helped resolve it quickly. Would be great to have more documentation or tooltips on field mapping.

Nothing for now because I haven’t got stuck anywhere while operating it. I’m yet to try support from the team.

Had a great experience using this tool, it surely has increased our productivity.

Pros

Easily Integrates with Pipedrive. Their waterfall enrichment is really good as its customizable. Inbuilt Enrichment seems to be from Rocketreach so saving tons of money by switching from Rocketreach.

Cons

New software so sometime we face some issue but support is responsive and helps things moving smoothly in no time.
