I feel it is a great software and for sure worth the switch from the previous software.

Pros

I like how it's easy to use, very clear on how to add information and the voicemail dropbox.

Cons

I felt sometimes it's hard to navigate but only sometimes.

I like how helpful this software is with finding a good prospect.

Pros

The thing I liked most about this software is that when you are looking through your call logs, it is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for.

Cons

The thing I liked least about this software is that sometimes when you call potential clients on the phone it doesn't always record.

I'm not a big fan of the 3rd party voip provider and wish it was integrated more seamlessly into VS.

Love coming to work.

Pros

Very easy to use, love coming to work. When calling people the previous notes are very helpful.

Cons

Not specific caller ID which can lead some of the people we are calling to believe we are spam.
