I am thankful for their CRM, I have been using it since 2019 and have not ever had any issues with it

Pros

The customer service is always helpful and the platform runs perfectly. I am able for work seamlessly.

Cons

the cost is a bit expensive, I do wish it was more affordable but you get what you pay for nowadays so its ok.

Vanilla soft has been good since I started using it making it easy to see my leads and text me constantly

Pros

Makes it easy to call and the service is always online. Also integrates with all my leads making it easy

Cons

What I least like about vanilla soft is the fact I can’t auto call and I have to click every time. Also it is alittle hard to use on my phone

We do have options for calls to automatically dial without having to click (this might be a system setting by your organization?) maybe check with your admin or give our support team a call?

I think it was amazing experience with the team members to set up the platform and get everything rolling.

Pros

The lead flow and how it gives the Right at the right time. So my Salesman can perform the best. And sell the most.

Cons

The inability to customize my own buttons and colors. I like different integrations, and I like colors specifically to help understand the buttons.

Overall very useful too and helps streamline business. Has seemingly done a good job of eliminating duplicate lead submissions

Pros

The ease of use. Very user friendly. You can look up certain KPI metrics throughout the day to ensure you are meeting goals

Cons

Will often have a significant lag at certain points in the day. The CRM portion where you can look back at previous calls only goes back to the prior day

Pros

I like vanilla soft because it was super duper easy to use and helped me organize all of my leads easily.

Cons

I think it's a bit expensive and should have sms texting included in the base price. It would be better.

Overall, it’s been a great sales system to use. I’ve been able to reach a lot of potential clients, the system is very user friendly and the customer support has been quick, polite and responsive.

Cons

Too frequently the phone system is trying to activate and it takes a bit for me to be able to move on to the next lead.

Totally get you about the leads - not sourcing leads ourselves, Vanillasoft is best for prioritizing and managing the ones you or your organization have sourced. Our support team might have some thoughts for you on that to make sure the leads that are most important for you are always at the top of your queue, so the ones that are most valuable for you, that are the hottest, always get dialled first.

Pros

The record opportunity. And the idea of the next best clients to service. The ability to edit data and leep track of the conversation without sticky notes. Email clients having them email back and SMS both are game changing 🙌🏾

Cons

With Remote operations become more common...it's my current clients that feel the bite in that I sometimes am not sure how to help them sign correctly. I need customer support sometimes later than 5pm. What times are reps available for customer support

Pros

I like how contacts are randomized! With other CRMs/dialers, I find that my contacts are dialed in the exact same order every day, which doesn’t allow me to easily randomize the time each lead is called or texted.

Cons

Inability to sort my contacts by tags. Tags were newly implemented so maybe it will be a change soon!

Pros

simple crm to follow so not hard to learn. I like the pre set emails given in the crm and the texting portion.

Cons

not fan of the calendar updates made. the color tags are very small and not the whole bar so it's barely noticeable to be effective

Pros

Vanilla soft/soft phone works well most of the time and is easy to use and easy to learn. I like that you can customize YOUR set up.

Cons

Vanilla soft/soft phone does have quite a few calling connection issues more than i would've expected.

Pros

The way it integrates with other software to allow for an efficient workspace is what stood out most right away.

Cons

Multitasking is kind of limited, though the system provides more than enough information within its windows to do get the job done.

Vanillasoft is easy to use, the dialer moves quickly, the calendar is set up well, and inputting data is simple.

Pros

I love VanillaSoft's calendar. I have used other CRMs before and have always had to use an external calendar. They way it is set up for callbacks and an additional Event option on the calendar page gives me flexibility when scheduling appointment callbacks which is different than a phone call callback.

Cons

After the call disconnects and after it is disposition if I need to add in additional notes then that process is slow.

6/10- pretty satisfied. CONS are a big thing for me. It's simple to use but I wish the messages layout was more convenient to pick up from when in the My sms tab

Pros

Vanilla Soft offers 1,000 messages per month with a monthly subscription. The dispositions are pretty straight forward and easy to use.

Cons

I dislike that we have to wait 15 seconds before we can disposition a lead and dial a new lead. Also I dont like the way the messages are categorized. I wish they all appreared and stayed there longer than a week.

The thing I like the least about VanillaSoft is the delays/glitches that sometimes occur when attempting methods with intellective routing filters.

it's okay, visual appeal is good. could be optimized better. we need better after hours support for locked out accounts.

Pros

visual ease looking at the leads, history needs to be elongated, search bar could be improved: the 1 in front of a phone number needs to be removed to look up a phone number

Cons

lack of tech support on Sundays (and after hours) - if you get locked out of your account, you just have to wait until they get back into the office. CRM - difficult to use - have to jump back and forth to go down the list while making one off calls. Doesn't hold your position.

Pleasant experience, overall. From ease of use to rockstar Customer Support Representatives, my overall experience has been nothing but positive!

Pros

Vanillasoft has a clean design and straight forward interface that is easy to learn and customize to our needs. What I love, so far, has been the Customer Support experience. Not only were the CSRs helpful, but extremely kind and pleasant to interact with! Well done Vanillasoft Team!

Cons

No complaints, yet! One concern some may have might be the older style design, I don't know, but that's just a guess.

Pros

What I like most about Vanillasoft is its features. When I am using the interface, I can see and use everything clearly. It ensures security in my account, but also those that I am calling.

Cons

What I like least about Vanillasoft is that it can be very glitchy, slow, and take a lot of power to run.

Overall VS mackes it so easy to connect with new leads. I can turn new leads into clients with the touch of a computer key

Pros

Vanillasoft makes day to day activities so much easier and so efficient. Projects that used to take all day are done automatically

Cons

Biggest regret is not getting VS sooner. VS takes the sales experience to a new level with its ease of use

My overall experience is quite good. I haven't had a lot of experience doing telecalls but I think this software is perfect introduction to the field.

Pros

It is quick and easy. I am able to organize my leads after speaking with them. I like that it gives me a heads up when it is a brand new lead as well.

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult to navigate to where I want to go...it's not always intuitive. For example, I was trying to figure out how many texts I have used but I that was in the SMS section.
