My call volume has increased dramatically and I have been able to allow VanillaSoft to entirely manage/organize my client relationship process.

Pros

It minimizes lead duplication and makes it makes it easier for teammates to see if a client is already being helped or not.

Cons

If a scheduled follow up is resulted before the original time scheduled, it does not recognize this activity and will bring the lead back up to be resulted off the screen. It's a minor inconvenience but it would be nice for the software to automatically see that the lead was just called.

Auto dialing and contact management features are great. It has helped our sales team identify and manage customers from beginning to end.

Cons

Calendar can use some updating. Maybe allowing syncing with outside calendar would work better and easier.

We received so many benefits from this particular software. Our data is more accurate, we can add and customize fields when we need them, and it's just a great product.

Pros

Ease of use and end-user accessibility. Fantastic CRM and has great customization for our personal needs at our University.

Cons

Communication between our main University CRM and VanillaSoft is not automated - has to be a manual process.

I like how I can quickly go from lead to lead because the more dials I can make the more productive I am ($$)

Cons

I don't like how the advanced search query dissapears when you try to return to it, you have to restart a new advanced search all over again.

The program was easy to set up and get started. Very intuitive for callers. The sales team and support team are phenomenal to work with.

Pros

Very easy to learn and navigate. I like having all the features at my fingertips, like text, email, call and keeping notes and comments.

Cons

In the beginning I lost some leads for awhile. But figured out what I was doing wrong.

The platform itself is super easy to use. It definitely make the sales guys move faster in their day to day. The pricing is simple, straight forward. You can add on and remove bundles on you own without having to talk to a sales rep which make it easy to decide how much you want to pay. You can also add certain features to certain users instead of a group purchase, which you can rarely do on CRM's.

Pros

Ease of use - speed of activity!

Cons

The support. The online knowledge base is less than most, and the email support is not as fast to give same day resolutions. You almost have to call every time. There's also a lot of room for added features which would make this my favourite CRM ever. A few more integrations are still missing, but that said, they also have unbeatable features such as SMS messaging which I haven't seen any company come close to doing as well as Vanilla!

Pros

Been using Vanilla Soft for 7 months now and it is just absolutely amazing. Makes our job a lot efficient, effective and accurate. The best thing about it is the routing of contacts is so intuitive, the report is fantastic and the nurturing system like email drips, auto-email, auto-dial, etc are spot on.

Cons

None so far. Just waiting for SMS feature to be able in Australia.

Once everything got set up it worked well. The downside was that getting everything set up was very cumbersome.

Pros

Very efficient way of managing contacts.

Cons

I found there was a lot of overlap with agents. I would call a lead and they had just hung up with another agent or vice versa.

We're able to make contact with our leads, (which we have a lot of) and make sales in a very organized manner! The SMS feature is great as well for those leads that don't answer the phone, since it is an unknown number to them. I love VanillaSoft!!

Pros

I love the call recording feature. I'm able to go back and review my calls, so I can see what techniques work and what doesn't! Definitely love this feature the most. :)

Cons

Other than the occasional server outages due to things out of VanillaSoft's control, I can't say I really have any complains. It has all the bases covered!

I like being able to communicate via phone, text, email, voicemail drop, results driven email and results driven texts.

Cons

I wish it enabled us to use DKIM to improve the deliverability of our emails. I wish I could generate reports and queries using the intellective routing filters.

Pros

VannillaSoft makes the sales process so much more efficient. It is very easy to use and helps keep the sales team on the same page.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about VanillaSoft is the fact that you can only reach tech support by email.

Once the system is fine tuned it works like a charm.

Pros

The system can text email and call with one click. Organizes the leads and brings them up for you to call however often you want.

Cons

A little less complicated. It is hard to get it all situated and set up. I dont like how you can get blocked on SMS. lol
