Pros

Since using VanillaSoft, my productivity levels are through the roof and stress levels are through the floors.

Cons

There is not one thing that I do not like about this software. I stand by this software in every aspect of implementation.

It’s been great, my partner had previously been using different dialing software and I thought that it was not very good, and thought there had to be something much much better. VanillaSoft confirmed my suspicions.

Pros

Support Staff is a phone call away, and you’re talking to a real person in seconds.

Cons

No “pause” button for progressive calling. So you’re basically in progressive or preview mode when calling, no grey area.

Pros

I liked that we could customize the call based on our needs. It was so easy for our callers to use and with the saved time, I could focus on training staff.

Cons

No caller ID. In a time where scams are more common, I felt not as many people picked up with this software. I also needed reports setup, and I was told after I signed the contract this is an extra fee. We never set this up and it was a waste of time on calling some segments.

The easy of use is nice. The rotational structure is helpful to delegate contacts without overwhelming them.

Cons

The only thing I am not fond of is that the emails occasionally stop working as intended.

Vanillasoft has a decent CRM built into the preview dialer. It's easy to customize emails and even SMS. You can add your scripts and keep decent notes. Very easy to use

No real Cons. Great customer service that helps you set up, options for dialing connections and easy to use platform.

Vanillasoft works great for trying to call as many leads per day as possible. Once you hang up and mark a lead as called, it automatically starts dialing the next lead.

Pros

Easy to dial through as many leads as possible per day.

Cons

Not a great choice if you want to text leads instead of calling.

My agents liked the general setup and had an easy time learning how to use it. All in all, I think this is a wonderful CRM

Pros

Very user-friendly helps with organization, the set up is perfect for call Centers and the price per month well worth it. The staff and support staff were wonderful with my questions. Also, I liked the way you can assign leads.

Cons

none except the maybe the use of the calendar. I had trouble with that.

Been using it for about 2+ months now - it's a great, easy to use the tool. I'm in Account Management, so it's great to keep track of when clients have been contacted, for how long, and the purpose of the call.

Pros

Scheduling callbacks and logs of completed calls/actions

Cons

Not being able to leave the active page once calling someone - will render that call as unrecorded / a lot harder to find

I apologize for any confusion. I am not sure which feature you are talking about but I think the issue must be with the fact that we do offer two extremely inexpensive products called Lite and Lite Plus that are pre-packaged. Our regular product, VanillaSoft Pro is offered in more of an a la carte fashion to allow organizations to only buy what they need. Unfortunately is hard to offer a plan or package to fit precisely each person's unique needs... although we do try:)

We have found this project to be exactly what we needed. I tested how quickly I could make a phone call, send an email and write notes in this compared to other CRMs and the difference in time is amazing. I highly recommend the product. There is a learning curve to set up your projects but once that happens you are on track to make more connections and have better control over your data. Thier customer service is amazing. I have NEVER worked with such a fantastic group of support staff ever.

Pros

What I liked most about this program was that it was made very easy to use and it gave me the ability to do my job well. I was able to call people so fast and conveniently.

Cons

What I liked least was the caller ID showing up.
