Overall, my experience with Clepher has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, powerful, and the support team is attentive and helpful. It has already started making a difference in my workflow and customer engagement.

Pros

I really appreciated how intuitive and versatile Clepher is. The ability to manage subscribers, automate follow-ups, and integrate with multiple platforms makes it a powerful tool for growing my business. The Pro features, especially, provide excellent value for the price.

Cons

Initially, there was a bit of confusion with account setup and subscriber allocation, but the support team was very responsive and resolved everything quickly.

I have used Clepher for about 3 years. In that time it hasn’t just performed it has delivered. Many software tools promise results. Then when it comes down to it... they've sold you a bill of goods... "Oh we no longer are support that ..." but the sales said we here for you. But with Clepher, they say it , mean it and deliver, year after year... That to me is one of the rare exceptions in this world of changes.

Pros

I’ve been with Clepher going into my four year this month of October 2025, and my experience with them has been consistent support is always excellent. They get the importance of doing business and doing it well. It has provide me with a system that allows me to engage my client and prospect in meaningful ways.

Cons

About to begin my 4th year with Clepher... I don't know if I could find much to complain about... They work hard to make sure... things go as they promised...

I’ve been really impressed with Clepher so far. The platform makes it simple to build powerful Messenger and Instagram chatbots without coding. I like that I can connect multiple Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts under one subscription, and the automation tools save me a ton of time. What really stands out is the customer support! The responses are friendly, professional, and always willing to help me work through my questions. I also appreciate that Clepher is constantly improving the platform, with Clepher 2.0 on the way, makes me confident I made the right choice. If you’re looking for a chatbot platform that’s reliable, easy to use, and backed by a responsive team, I highly recommend Clepher. :)

Pros

Clepher is really easy to use and doesn’t require coding, which made setting up my chatbot fast and straightforward. I love that it allows unlimited Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts under one subscription, plus the audience segmentation and post engagement features are powerful. The OpenAI integration also helps make conversations more engaging. Their support team is responsive and helpful.

Cons

Since there are so many features, it can feel a bit overwhelming the first time you log in. It just takes a bit of exploring to figure out where everything is, but once you do, it’s very manageable.

My overall experience has been excellent. Clepher combines security, customization, and automation in one place, helping me manage leads and customer conversations more effectively. It has streamlined my processes and saved me countless hours. The platform is reliable, scalable, and well worth the investment. Nothing to loose. Love this platform. Why people are not talking about this App i am bit surprised.

Pros

Clepher delivers excellent value for money with its lifetime deal. The chatbot builder is flexible and intuitive once you get used to it, and I love the customization options that let me create unique flows. The chat conversations feel natural and engaging, and the data management tools make it easy to organize subscriber information securely. Overall, it’s a powerful platform with everything needed to scale automated conversations.

Cons

I’m looking forward to seeing Version 2 with WhatsApp and TikTok integrations, which would make the platform even more powerful. Also, expanding the subscriber limit (e.g., 10,000 in the $99 unlimited package) would be a great addition for growing businesses.

The customer service are very happy to help and seem to respond very quickly to me. All in all I have had a good experience with them and they have looked after me every step of the way to make sure that I am happy. I cannot fault them in any way to be fair. keep up the good work.

Pros

good value compared to the monthly charges that others charge you, slow learning curve for me personally. Lots of customisation that i can play around with.

Cons

not really a con but there is that much to do and get through on the site, it is a bit overwhelming for me.

I have to say I am impressed at the details, options, the foresight and all the items that come with it that makes this a home run product.

Pros

I appreciate the value for money - a big thank you is in store. Truly this will be a learning curve but the I think it will be time well invested. I appreciate you highlighting the concerns about security with the chatbot. Also, I am impressed with the customization options available. I am looking forwards to the new chat conversation I will be able to have.

Cons

I have to really get into it to be able to say something bad about this product as I don't know too much about the ins and outs too well, but so far, it looks right.

It's a good proposal, with good intentions, already functional, but it still needs to mature to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Pros

I liked the system's good value for money, as well as the constant updates, such as the implementation of artificial intelligence.

Cons

It doesn't integrate WhatsApp yet, and that's what I really needed because it's the most used communication channel by potential customers.

Pros

Because it is very easy to use. It helped me a lot with tasks and communication with clients. It surprised me.

Cons

What I liked the least was the price issue. It could certainly be a bit more affordable and reasonable.
