It's a good proposal, with good intentions, already functional, but it still needs to mature to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Pros

I liked the system's good value for money, as well as the constant updates, such as the implementation of artificial intelligence.

Cons

It doesn't integrate WhatsApp yet, and that's what I really needed because it's the most used communication channel by potential customers.

The versatility of the platform is what blew me away. It’s way more than just a chatbot. Cons

Honestly, Clepher is fantastic, but if I had to pick one thing, I wish the canvas editor allowed you to resize the view more easily using the scroll button.

I'm feeling scammed!! I purchased a lifetime deal as an alternative to Manychat monthly payment. They've given me "to try" the PRO version for free for a month, the same month you can try the app and ask for a refund. I sent an email saying I wanted to try it as I bought it, not as the PRO version. I thought they changed my version from PRO to normal (as I paid), but I realised they didn't change it and the minute the 30 days refund time is over, lifetime deal is worse than free plan of Manychat. BASICALLY IT'S USELESS. I've been trying to send messages with screenshots of what I've said here to ask for the refund, but they don't want... So I won't eliminate every single review till I have my money back. THIS IS NOT THE CHEAPEST OPTION AT ALL. DON'T BUY CLEPHER IF YOU'RE COMPARING PRICES.

I thought this could be an alternative option to Manychat with their LIFETIME DEAL, but actually it's not.

Cons

They offer you PRICE but after the free PRO month you'll pay a lot more than Manychat.

Our Lifetime Deal is exactly as advertised: $99 one-time for 3,000 subscribers with core features. This was clearly stated everywhere - sales page, videos, emails, and checkout. The Pro trial you received? That's a bonus that's completely separate from your purchase. You opted in. Your claim about pricing compared to ManyChat is flat-out wrong. Our Lifetime Deal saves users $501-$981 over just two years. At higher tiers, we're 80% cheaper annually. Do the math, or simply compare through AI. We sent multiple notifications before the Pro trial converted. You had 30 days to reach out with questions but didn't. Making false accusations online instead of contacting support doesn't change our refund policy. We stand by our transparent pricing and value. Other customers who actually read the terms are quite happy with their purchase. Have a great day!

I really love how affordable and easy to use Clepher is. The knowledge base is super helpful, and the support team is honestly one of the best I’ve encountered. From day one, they’ve been approachable, responsive, and quick to resolve any issue. It’s clear that they really care about their users.

Cons

There’s really nothing major I dislike. Occasionally, changes don’t reflect right away due to caching, but logging out and back in usually fixes it. Not a big deal at all.

good value compared to the monthly charges that others charge you, slow learning curve for me personally. Lots of customisation that i can play around with.

Cons

not really a con but there is that much to do and get through on the site, it is a bit overwhelming for me.

I've been able to set up a messenger bot, covering the basics and now putting together more complex flows for Instagram, and for my website. Overall, it's been quite rewarding, in terms of getting started and accomplishing quite a bit, quickly.

Pros

It's very intuitive once you've understood the basics. The knowledge base is top-notch, with videos walking one through each aspect of the platform.

Cons

There was an initial hiccup creating a new bot. Switched from Chrome to Brave browser, and it's all working superbly.

I'm not new to technology, being a programmer, but I had not set up something like this before. The integrations were relatively straightforward but I had a few stumbling blocks on things that felt less obvious to me. The customer support was REALLY good and fast to respond to help prod me the right directions for it. So that is something I really appreciate.

Pros

Wonderful for having a chat bot take over dealing with boring customer inquiries (and deterring spammers/scammers). I wanted something I could set up with little effort and Clepher delivered on that. I wasn't sure what to do with Manychat and that seemed like it was going to be more expensive anyway. With Clepher I was able to get things integrated and with the help of their wonderful customer support, have a working solution within a day. It has already helped with fielding inquiries. I really like how it integrates with my OpenAI Assistant so I can continue to improve things.

Cons

Understanding the flows and integrations proved a slight challenge.

Honestly, my only negative is that I never got my Clever Messenger Hoodie that I was supposed to get a long time back. The platform and the people are top notch and recommend them on a regular basis

I had to migrate to a new chat marketing platform as the one I was previously using announced they were closing. I know that Chatbot marketing has a lot of potential, especially for lead generation from Instagram. After reviewing many of the platforms available, I decided on Clepher, and one of the reasons is that I heard the support system was good with fast turnaround on tickets.If you are only using a single comment growth tool to send a DM with a link, then that's fairly easy to set up, but if you want to craft conversational experiences for your own platforms and for clients, getting questions answered quickly is essential. The lack of support (and complaints in the FB group) in the most well-known platform in this market is the main reason I didn't choose that one.Getting set up and recreating all my flows took some time and there was definitely a learning curve but support answered my questions and SXtefan recorded some personalised Loom vids to help, which is the type of commitment from the \[sensitive content hidden\] that is amazing to see. He also added my email autoresponder to the Integrations, which already has most of the main ones as standard.All in all, it has been a great experience so far and would definitely recommend Clepher if you are looking for a chat marketing platform.

Cons

This is not a complaint or a negative point but the videos and training definitely all have been made with Facebook Messenger in mind first of all, and the extra parts for Instagram added later. Perhaps this is my own personal opinion, I see a lot more potential in the growth of Instagram for organic marketing over Facebook, and definitely with Chat Marketing for Instagram so an IG-first approach would be a better option.However, having said that, I think some new training videos are being released soon.

I've been using Clever Messenger since the early days when they just started. Not only am I impressed with the speed of new functionality and integrations, but their customer support is also top-notch! Glad I made the switch from ManyChat to CleverMessenger.

Honestly... I wouldn't know what to say here. In the early days they had some UX/UI difficulties, but that's all been sorted years ago. Happy customer here!
