Clepher is really easy to use and doesn’t require coding, which made setting up my chatbot fast and straightforward. I love that it allows unlimited Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts under one subscription, plus the audience segmentation and post engagement features are powerful. The OpenAI integration also helps make conversations more engaging. Their support team is responsive and helpful.

Cons

I have used Clepher for about 3 years. In that time it hasn’t just performed it has delivered. Many software tools promise results. Then when it comes down to it... they've sold you a bill of goods... "Oh we no longer are support that ..." but the sales said we here for you. But with Clepher, they say it , mean it and deliver, year after year... That to me is one of the rare exceptions in this world of changes.

Pros

I’ve been with Clepher going into my four year this month of October 2025, and my experience with them has been consistent support is always excellent. They get the importance of doing business and doing it well. It has provide me with a system that allows me to engage my client and prospect in meaningful ways.

Cons

About to begin my 4th year with Clepher... I don't know if I could find much to complain about... They work hard to make sure... things go as they promised...

I have to say I am impressed at the details, options, the foresight and all the items that come with it that makes this a home run product.

Pros

I appreciate the value for money - a big thank you is in store. Truly this will be a learning curve but the I think it will be time well invested. I appreciate you highlighting the concerns about security with the chatbot. Also, I am impressed with the customization options available. I am looking forwards to the new chat conversation I will be able to have.

Cons

I have to really get into it to be able to say something bad about this product as I don't know too much about the ins and outs too well, but so far, it looks right.

Love it!!! It’s a lead magnet just having it. Once someone selects “get started” in messenger, they immediately subscibe.

Pros

Clepher makes sure I don’t miss people lessening me through my Facebook accounts. There are so many communication platforms but it’s easy to overlook social media platforms.

Cons

It is so powerful it’s difficult sometimes to know everything it can do. Great tech support though.

I'm not new to technology, being a programmer, but I had not set up something like this before. The integrations were relatively straightforward but I had a few stumbling blocks on things that felt less obvious to me. The customer support was REALLY good and fast to respond to help prod me the right directions for it. So that is something I really appreciate.

Pros

Wonderful for having a chat bot take over dealing with boring customer inquiries (and deterring spammers/scammers). I wanted something I could set up with little effort and Clepher delivered on that. I wasn't sure what to do with Manychat and that seemed like it was going to be more expensive anyway. With Clepher I was able to get things integrated and with the help of their wonderful customer support, have a working solution within a day. It has already helped with fielding inquiries. I really like how it integrates with my OpenAI Assistant so I can continue to improve things.

Cons

Understanding the flows and integrations proved a slight challenge.

My overall experience has been great. The onboarding process was smooth, and the platform is intuitive and easy to learn. There is a good set of instructional videos and support pages that give step-by-step instructions for most tasks. The price was a great value. I would recommend this platform to anyone interested in their own Facebook Messenger bot or to sell them to others. 👍👍

Pros

The software is both easy to use and navigate and very powerful. The interface is well-designed and clean. But not sterile. :). The \[sensitive content hidden\] has created an informative set of videos to teach users how to navigate the interface through the context of useful exercises that build out your bot. I have only had to use customer support once, and they responded in a reasonable amount of time and ensured my question was answered. They had good follow-up to make sure the problem was handled.

Cons

I don't have any "least likes" yet. I am still learning the platform, but I'm a fan of it all so far.

I gave the software a chance; my intention was to try it out. After 29 days, I decided to use your 30-day refund policy, but it was not honored. Additionally, without requesting it, I was given free access to your Pro plan for 29 days, which I obviously never used, but I was still charged for an extra month. Terrible experience. Be careful, as they are clearly a company that tries to deceive and take advantage of their customers by any means.

Hi Emmanuel, Don't lie. Let's keep things truthful, shall we? Here's the data we have on you: 1.) Purchased: 2nd of July 2024 This is when you got access to the software. 2.) First support ticket: 5th of July 2023 - Via Live Chat you asked about the Pro Trial, specifically "my dashboard shows that I am subscribed to the monthly plan and will be charged every 30 days. Is this correct?" On which we replied: "To recap, $99 is a lifetime deal. It also comes with a free Pro trial for 30 days (unless you opt out of it) which converts to $49 a month if not canceled." 3.) Your Refund request: 8th of August 2024 There are 37 days between the purchase date and the refund request date (38 if you include the end date), which is outside of the 30-day guarantee. We have a guarantee in place of 30 days, and that's a hard cut-off when the 30th day is over. This was mentioned everything before you purchased. Much love.

VERY FRUSTRATED. This company refuses to perform common basic courtesy. They took money out of my account without advance notice and once I noticed it (next day) they are refusing to refund/reverse the charges.

I cannot comment on this as I had not used the product after first subscribing.

Cons

The cancellation and subscription policies of CLEPHER are extremely one sided and deceptive. The company does not warn a subscriber of their renewal anniversary coming up. If the subscriber does not cancel prior to renewal, the company REFUSES to refund the next day. I am now out (Sensitive Content Hidden) for a product I am not using and they are refusing to be flexible on this. HORRIBLE!!!! AVOID!!!!

Hi David, Geez, you keep mudslinging, and even after you lost the dispute you're still trying to cause mayhem. Now, since you took this public, let me get the other side of the story: As mentioned to David in our support channels and in the dispute he lost, we told him that we email customers with a monthly subscription twice a month, mentioning that they have an incoming charge coming up. David received these emails too. And our records indicate that he opened them. However, he didn't click the link to manage his subscription on both occasions. We don't feel it's fair for him to call us a fraud when David clearly is guilty of negligence. This is not about courtesy; it's about David not taking responsibility for just clicking the BIG CANCEL button in his account. For each renewal, you have 30 days to cancel the next renewal, and for every 30 days, we email you twice, letting you know about a pending charge. This is more than fair. David, you're not a fun person.
