DataSango is an “AI Data Operations Platform” that automatically prepares CRM data for use by AI. It automatically resolves issues such as inconsistent notations (e.g., “株式会社” and “(株)”), duplicate records, fields filled with blank spaces, and unclassified data—all through no-code rule configuration and AI. It features five core functions: Prospecting (automatically extracting prospects based on criteria from a database of over 5 million companies and registering them in CRM), Cleansing (automatically standardizing company names, phone numbers, and addresses), Merging (detecting and consolidating duplicate data based on custom rules), Enrichment (automatically filling in missing information such as industry, employee count, and corporate ID), and Transformation (automatically converting data into a strategic structure by combining multiple conditions). Pros

アプローチ前の企業情報調査を以前までは、HPや求人情報を検索してそれぞれのソースから調査していたのですが、LeadPoolを見るとその工数が全て削減することができました。おおよそ、1企業につき10分程度かかっていた調査時間が3分程度になったため、大変助かっています。また、企業に属する人物情報も把握することができるので、アプローチ前や商談前に確認することでスムーズなやり取りができています。

Cons

特に不満はありませんが、中小企業レベルの企業情報のカバレッジが増えるとよりいいなと感じます。今後も期待しております。

今までにない取り組みを行うことができ、結果として売り上げの向上にもつながった。また、crm連携が非常に優秀で業務効率の改善につながりました。

Pros

キーパーソンの詳細情報やsns情報などがわかり、アプローチまで実行することができる。企業データに関しても見やすく他ツールではないような情報も網羅されている。

Cons

今でも十分ですが、データのソースがより拡充されるとなお良いと思います。
