It can feel basic sometimes but for those looking for ease of use the lack of fancy bells and whistles is actually a good thing. Pros it is an all inclusive software package that works with insurance input, scheduling, payments, reporting and billing Cons where to begin... this is an expensive program that increases in cost 3-5% annually for each component of the product - Everything has a separate cost. Customer support is handled largely by call centers in India and communication is a challenge. Reporting is lacking to say the least - it only exports in a dump file that you have to then copy and paste into anything usable. otherwise the standard reports are basic totals, pie charts or lists - ugh! Software updates generally result in problems and require IT involvement.
