Good interface across the clinic (front desk, MAs). Cons Closing out notes drives me a little crazy. It will flag iteams as incomplete but they are actually done already. Of all the EHRs with which we connect, Allscripts takes the longest and at the highest cost. Hub technology from eClinicalWorks gets a interface up in two weeks at one tenth of the cost of an Allscripts point to point interface. It appears Allscripts views interfaces as a cash cow for them.
