Pros I love the very idea itself. There area lot of tools for cold-mailing, but Luna pares it down to the essentials, making it fun and easy to just send e-mails. Its slightly gamified workflow makes it fun to connect every day and send a dozen ails or two, and do it consistently day-in, day-out. That's what I really love here: not mass-sending 10k e-mails once in a while, but being compelled to send a few personalized mails on a daily basis.In my industry, this is gold. Cons Internationalization of copy, well... sucks, let's be honest. For English it's great, but for French it's a pain. Luna is super easy to use and very helpful in finding leads or finding emails for our uploaded list. The customized cold email copy is a great time saver! No need to research and generate first line and it also learns as my team use it. So awesome! I also love that there's a follow up feature so I don't have to worry on when to do the follow up. plus excited for the upcoming new features from Luna. The best! Cons I hppe there's a way to filter leads according to technology used. That would save me tons instead of me paying another platform to pull my leads and upload them to Luna. Also, I really want to see Luna extending it's lead generating feature by allowing us to just upload website leads without the name and they'll find the emails for us. I have seen responses, and booked a few meetings leveraging Luna. Highly recommend to give it a spin. Pros The ease of scaling my outreach but in a way that is 1:1 to the reader. Its not perfect but damn near close in writing engaging, simple, and personalized emails. It has a desktop app and a mobile app which I love! Pros Luna is a breeze to start with - it has broken the barrier that comes with doing outreach. The UX is lovely and makes using Luna fun. If you've got a tool you like, you're more likely to use it. Cons The database still needs improvement - but they are improving all the time. You can also upload your own database anyway. The AI will improve too - it is not quite 100% in some regards and you have to keep training it to do what you want. It's like any AI Tool right now - you still need an element of human touch!
