Pros I like how easy it is to use Memsource, since day one, no need to familiarize for both translators and proofreaders. Cons When approving many segments, one after another at a fast past, it seems like it can't keep up (but no confirmation is lost, it only takes a little time to catch you up) Switched from [Smartcat](https://www.capterra.com/p/155255/smartCAT/) It was the client's choice, I was a little skeptic but didn't think twice once I used it. Having previously worked in the localisation industry using a range of CAT tools, I can safely say that Memsource never fails to deliver, and it is a powerful and reliable translation and project management tool. Pros Memsource is extremely intuitive. The project management and the translation interface as well is pretty straithforward. Coming with experience in Trados and other translation solutions, this took literally zero seconds to get used to. Machine translation is nicely integrated, and it delivers surprisingly good results. I think it is a great tool, but maybe you should offer low-cost 'pay per job' features so that freelance translaters would just have to pay for the service when they themselves upload a documento to translate. Pros I think it is very easy to use. It has some of the basic tools that come in handy. Cons It could have some more features. I had zero experience using it before my client said it was a 'must'. I was pleasantly surprised that I could just jump into the action without having to take an onboarding course like with Trados. Cons I hate locked segments across files. I get why they're there, but it impedes the flow of my work. I also don't care for the very fuzzy matches the software sometimes automatically inserts. These often include source text, which is a big deal when dealing with Cyrillic source material and Latin-based target texts. I only did editing and used per-segment comments. Overall my user experience was just fine. Cons The only thing that I found a bit hard was to find the segments I commented before and I couldn't be sure if I got a reply to them.
