Pros The user-friendly interface, gathering all useful features in one display. The reference and comment sections easily accessible. And above all - THE CONCEPT! Helping translators and devs team up so easily is what we've been needing for YEARS. Cons Loading may get long sometimes. Refreshing the page helps fix it though. Also, supporting specific language characters (automatically inserting French's non-breaking spaces when typing a question mark, for example), like other CAT tools do, would be the perfect final touch. Cons Sometimes a better alternative translation of a phrase or passage can be found on free translation software. This is however, often a matter of personal preference. Cons At first, adapting to using Memsource was difficult, but then I was able to using it effectively. This helps to speed up the delivery and of course the quality of our products. Pros What I like best is the translation suggestion and versioning of the changes. It helps our team member to collaborate in an easy way and provide quick feedback on the translations. Cons Actually what we\`re missing is some kind of reporting functions. The cooperation between colleagues and with customer is well supported by the software. Pros I like how the software manage the projects and the integration using API. Moreover the UI layout helps during the working process. Cons It's not intuitiv on how to move among the projects, but after few practice, I was more familiar with the workflow. Pros I like how this software breaks down your document to be translated piece by piece, promoting accuracy as one can look over small details when looking at the entire document at once. Cons You need to enter a couple documents to build up your translation memory library first or it cannot help you that much with translations.
