Pros

  • I've been using Cacheflow for some time now, and it's fantastic for managing contracts. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and get things done swiftly.

  • Cacheflow is a very responsive company that is continuing to better their product in the right direction.

  • It has been a pleasant experience so far. They are growing rapidly and the product is only getting better with time.

  • Super intuitive UI, great features, allows for easy proposal management, enables cross-functional teams to operate on each other's proposals with ease, Templates make life easy and saves time.

Cons

  • The only problems we've had have been limited functionality regarding having a specific end date vs. a start date and contract length.

  • Honestly, I feel at times there is a small lag when you are creating a new contract. Again not too sure if that is an issue or just my bad Internet).

  • There were bugs which created problems to login or in some cases charge the customer.

  • They have also prioritized builds based on things that I have said are my biggest problems.

"WeighPay Software Review"

Overall: Very positive and have recommended this product several times already.

Pros: Brings all your sales related processes into a single easy to use app

Cons: It was a little early when we started using CF but the development cycle has been fast and we are seeing more and more usable features every day

"Cacheflow is the GOAT"

Overall: Cacheflow has been supportive, adaptive, and collaborative.

Pros: Cacheflow is a very responsive company that is continuing to better their product in the right direction. It connects our CRM into the signing process and ultimately the billing and subscription invoicing process. It was a game changer for our org.

Cons: There were a few bugs when we started that were frustrating, but the team was always quick to respond and fix it immediately.

Switched From: Docusign, Dropbox Sign and PandaDoc
Reasons for Switching to Cacheflow: We wanted to have a better CRM integration and a connection with our contracts and subscription billing.

"Good app for Subscriptions"

Pros: Ease of use is super helpful in navigating.

Cons: Nothing so far - at times it reloads aside from that all is good

"Super helpful in closing deals! "

Pros: -Easy to use -Using templates has been helpful to create contracts on the go -Integrates with CRM and automates contract tracking

Cons: Does not have an inbuilt feature that allows to send reminders to prospects to sign the contract

"Ease to use!"

Overall: My overall experience with Cacheflow has been great! The ability to handle multiple currencies and payment methods made it easy for us to cater to a global customer base.

Pros: Cacheflow streamline the invoicing and payment processes seamlessly. Support is excellent.

Cons: I have been using it for years and there aren't any.
